Blue Heron Beach Resort ligger på Downtown Disney ingången i Lake Buena Vista! Den kombinerar komfort av en semester reträtt med bekvämligheter i ett världsklass utväg, inklusive tillgång till vattensporter på sjön. Concierge och pendeltrafik är tillgängliga.

Vår enhet är en 2 sovrum 2 badrum fullt möblerad lägenhet är rymlig, professionellt inrett hela med takfläktar i vardagsrum och sovrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, LCD / DVD-spelare, musikanläggning, master badrum med bubbelbadkar och balkong mot Disney! 2: a sovrummet har två enkelsängar, TV, massor av naturligt ljus och ingången till andra badrummet. En uppsättning våningssängar ligger utanför sovrummet, och drottningen size-bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Hela köket finns vacker granit bänk, sida vid sida kylskåp, ugn / mikrovågsteknik, dubbelt handfat, diskmaskin och bärbara musikspelare. Ytterligare funktioner i sviten omfattar mycket starkt dagsljus med ett burspråk bredvid matsalen, fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare, höghastighetsinternet och gratis Wi-Fi vid poolen.

Vår enhet är mycket unikt med två balkonger - Bedroom balkong mot Downtown Disney Mästare, kan du njuta av Epcot / Magic Kingdom fyrverkerier på natten, och vardagsrum balkong med utsikt över den privata 400 tunnland Lake Bryan! Denna enhet ger en fantastisk utsikt !!

Blue Heron Beach Resort mindre än en mil till ingången till Walt Disney World och ligger nära alla stora sevärdheter i området. SeaWorld Orlando ligger bara 3 miles från orten och Universal Orlando är bara ca 7 miles away. Orlando Convention Center kan nås inom en 10 minuters bilresa och många restauranger och andra attraktioner.

Fabulous Apartment

Really appreciative of the owner allowing us to check in early. Apartment was spacious and the views were great , comfy beds and great location. Pool area was good also with plenty of beds , next to the mall was really convenient.

Fantastic

Apartment had everything you could need. It was clean with spare bedding and plenty of towels. The location is great for visiting all the places you could possibly need to go and the views were something else. Sunrise, sunset, fireworks, rocket launches. Pool and all surrounding areas on site very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay again, Thankyou

Great Stay

15th floor 2 balconies Sunrise over Lake Bryan - Sunset and Fireworks over Disney. This condo has a nice layout if you are staying as a family. Close to all parks, restaurants attractions, shopping and groceries. Blue Heron has added 2 gas bbqs and the kitchen is well stocked if you stay in to cook after lounging around the pool. The host Lynn is quick to answer any questions you may have. We would stay here again.

The Perfect Spot

The location of the property is perfect. It’s close to everything. The main balcony has the perfect view of the bay. The size of the property was even more impressive. It was very spacious, yet secluded. Lynn gave perfect instructions before check in so the entire process was a breeze. Overall this would my go to property to book when going to Orlando.

Amazing clean condo

From the moment we walked in the condo was inviting. Neutral tones, very clean, everything one will need to cook, pleny of towels. I had a slight issue with the coffee maker and contacted owner, she had a new delivered following day. Pool area is great! If we are in the area again, we will definitely book with Lynn.

Perfect For Our Family

We were in town to watch our daughter's college softball games. We chose this rental because it was central to all of her games. The added perks were the proximity to the parks. We only visited Epcot and Disney Springs, but all of the parks including Universal and SeaWorld were a short drive. At night we were able to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The lake view in the back was incredibly beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Blue Heron stay

Great place to stay if you're planning on going to the parks. The shuttle that they offer only runs once a day so you're best option is to take an Uber. There's a Starbucks right outside the resort parkin lot and a really cool miniature golf coarse! The pool, hot tub and the tiki bar are a great way to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Make sure to say hi to Terrie the owner of the tiki bar, she's super friendly. We actually met her when we were checking in on the elevator. The condo has pretty much everything you would need to stay there and cook meals. It was clean and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and responds very quickly if you need anything.

Comfortable with a lovely view

The property and unit were amazing! We had a lovely view with easy access to so many nearby attractions. The shuttle to Disney didn’t offer convenient times so we Ubered which was fine. (Try a drop off at the Caribbean resort and take the sky liner to Disney.) The view is beautiful and one of the balconies has a view of Epcot fireworks.The pool is huge and was not crowded at all. (It even has a snack bar open in the evening.) Even though the bunk beds are in the hallway, our girls loved their space. (Grandma liked her room as well.) The host is super responsive (only one small issue with finding towels which was quickly resolved.) We would definitely stay here again!

We were disappointed.

We were disappointed in the unit. We have stayed at Chula Vista a number of times but this unit was not so great. Mold around the patio doors, the beds are in desperate need of replacement, no towels for the pool and we couldn’t turn the thermostat below 70. It is a tired unit in need of updating.

A bit more inspection would be in order

First the property manager was quite nice and we entered the property, with her permission, early on the 1st day (very appreciated). The unit was clean and my wife and I moved in (I have a CPAP so separate bedrooms!). The door lock did not work well and it eventually failed within a few days. Called the manager but it took a couple hours to have some on come out and replace it (this was a little tough on our morning purchased groceries as we were trapped outside the unit). Also had them replace a TV that didn't work, two lamps that could not be operated as the switches were broken. Then, I mentioned to the owner that I thought it curious that she provided only a coffee maker that made two cups at a time (which was fine for the two of us, but this was for a unit that could hold up to 8 people?). So she then, based upon this coffee maker comment, that my wife and I had more people in the unit and that she was going to charge me added rent! After missing one of our days at Disney World due to being locked out of the unit from the faulty lock, I was quite incensed at being falsely accused of bringing in additional tenants. The manager eventually backed down and stated she would not charge me for tenants that were not there. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful condo and would stay again

The condo was beautiful and well decorated. The location was very convenient to many activities, theme parks, and restaurants. While the two balconies were lovely (with great views), the patio furniture was servicable but did not encourage long periods of time to be spent on them. Mattresses and beds were comfortable enough. The dining area chairs are not comfortable for sitting; hard ridge around the edges and cushioning in the middle would sag when seated in them. Kitchen was well equipped. The pools were wonderful and property conditions were immaculate. The main pool had 80s music playing most of the day. The quiet pool and hottub were great. The tiki bar served a variety of drinks which we availed of regularly during our 2 week stay. Loungers were plentiful around the pools. The dock to Lake Bryan was under construction for our entire stay so we were unable to make use of this feature. Overall a positive experience. Any negatives I have mentioned did not significantly impact our stay and we would happily stay again.
