Welcome to our cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Tool, TX. Bring your boat or jet ski's to our charming Rental offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. There is plenty of parking for boats & trailers!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with everything you need and ample counter space. Relax on the back porch while enjoying the view of the cove.
With three bedrooms, two living spaces and an inviting back porch overlooking the cove you can relax and listen to the birds sing outside, go fishing, hang out in the gameroon. There are two living areas, including a large family game room/TV room/entertainment room upstairs complete with a large sectional, big screen TV, game table, board games, karaoke machine and a comfy lovesac with ottoman. The options for an enjoyable time are endless!

You will get to enjoy the entire home along with the HOA private access community boat ramp and dock to go fishing, float, or enjoy a day on the lake in your boat or jet skis.

BEWARE

You have to manually go make your second payment. It will not automatically come out like every other listing. Host cancelled reservation out from underneath us and stranded me and my mother in a parking lot on the day of stay. (Even though house was still available). Do not let this happen to you!! After host cancelled reservation on day of stay, not only did they strand us, but they kept the payment and refused to refund. Do not let this happen to you and your family!!!

VRBO attempted to reach this guest to collect the second half of their payment after the due date. When they called the phone number given by guest they were told there was no one there by that name. They also sent an email. I also reached out to the guest on the platform. After not receiving the second payment by the due date and receiving no communication from the guest, the reservation was cancelled. This was per the advisement of VRBO.
