PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our worldVacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!

HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT When available an early check-in anytime after 10AM or late check-out up to 2PM will have a 50% of daily charge fee.
Smoke only outside the house and in the pool area. No Pets Allowed.

Smoking inside the house will represent a fine between USD300 and USD500.

The garbage must be packed inside plastic bags and placed in the external garbage box. What does not fit in the outer box should be in closed bags and placed on the kitchen floor. Garbage scattered around the house and placed in the outer box without plastic bags, will represent a USD50 excess garbage fine.
