The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Before arrival, we’ll provide a unique code for keyless entry so check-in is quick and easy. Check in is at 4PM. Check out is promptly at 10AM.

★ PROVIDED ESSENTIALS ★

Bayside Bliss comes supplied with: Each bathroom has 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner, 1 mini body wash, 1 mini body lotion and 1 soap bar per bathroom; the Kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, a small liquid dish soap, a dish sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 kitchen trash bags and 2 laundry tabs

★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! Refunds, where applicable, are less a $150 cancellation fee.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. City quiet hours are 10 pm - 8am and are strictly enforced.
