The Osprey community is located near the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary Flora-Bama! Of course, you may never even want to leave the home after enjoying the canal view from the balcony and all the amenities offered paradise awaits. Local activities include: charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke s Landing Marina, boat jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and very convenient location. The pool was nice, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator was never repaired while we were there, and would have been nice for one of our guests. I reached out a couple of times about that.

Wonderful

We had our small family reunion and the accommodation was perfect. It fit all of us with no problem and what surprised us was we had an elevator. This was great for my father who has difficulty with stairs. We had the swimming pool in front of the house which made it extra great for the little ones. There was so much to enjoy and we are so glad we could spend it there. I am very greatful i found you and would definitely let others know about you and your services. Thank you

Beautiful home!

Stayed here with my family and 3 other couples. Everyone was comfortable. I was the booker so the pressure was on but everyone loved the house and the location. Love the fact that most bedrooms had a bathroom with iObviously this is a newer property so some things need completing like window treatments in the master bathroom. I was worried since the photos seemed to be mostly on the outside but the house did not disappoint at all.

Great Spring Break Vacation

House is lovely. New & clean. Everything was in working order...especially liked the unlimited hot water & the HVAC unit that actually worked and was large enough for the entire home. We've had homes in the past where the 3rd floor was exceptionally hot.House "sleeps 24" but they only provide 14 plates and not near enough silverware. They also had a one small baking sheet. It just isn't outfitted for a home that sleeps 24. We like to cook on our vacations so luckily I brought things from home. The downstairs bunkroom should be a walk in pantry with shelves & another fridge. We used it for that anyway. The kitchen is very small and there is nowhere to store coolers and food. We had 18 (8 adults) people at our max days and it's tight. The dining table only seats 8 with 4 more on the island.Location is nice. Public beaches, grocery stores and restaurants are very convenient Pool is very nice but wish there was a hot tub. This unit is on the back end right next to the boat docks and it's beautiful...especially in the mornings. There's at least three parking spaces next to and under the house and plenty of extra parking by the pool. When I wrote to ask about parking they said there was no extra parking anywhere and gave me the names of several off site lots. I'm glad we didn't book any of them. Would absolutely stay here again.
