Spacious 2100 square feet, four-bedroom, four and 1/2 bath, townhouse located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach accommodates up to 12-15 people and has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy high speed internet wi-fi service while enjoying a cup of coffee or a cold drink of your choice from either of the three decks and watching a beautiful Emerald Coast sunrise or sunset. This large townhouse is an awesome property for a single or multiple families to spend a week or longer on a wonderful beach vacation.
Just a short 200-yard walk away, you can enjoy the white sand beaches of the Gulf. Watch the dolphins play in the gulf waters or if you are lucky you might happen to see a manatee on rare occasions. Fishermen can try your luck at catching redfish, pompano or bluefish which are caught regularly by those fishing from the surf. Or just bring some suntan lotion and work on your tan. Whatever beach activity you choose this is the place to make the most of your endeavors.
You will also have access to two swimming pools, two hot tubs, sand volleyball area, tennis courts, and propane gas grills for your use on the property. Covered parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles.
This townhouse is situated on a quiet stretch of Walton County Scenic Hwy 30A. Just outside your door is a paved 18 mile bike path runs the entire stretch of Hwy 30A that goes through the beach communities of Blue Mountain, Grayton, Water Color, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary.
Charming restaurants and shopping at Gulf Place just a short five-minute walk. If you want to make a short drive for dinner or lunch then there are other fantastic dining options all along 30A in each and every community. Santa Rosa Golf Club is about a mile from the property. A Publix grocery store and a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market are also close by that can provide you all the necessities for your stay.
If you are looking for a quiet week at the beach then this is the place. No traffic jams, no high rise condos, no chain restaurants just sun, sand and surf. Unique locally owned shops and restaurants that provide a one of a kind experience that make this location different from the big beach towns and provide the special something that will make you want to come back again and again.

It's big and spacious
I liked the property it was close to the beach 3 min walk not far at all....the property was enough room for all 15 of us...the only thing is if you have ederly or toddlers the stairs can be a little much but that's just FYI.....my only problem or concern was it had roaches not overwhelmingly bad just like every once in a while one would crawl across the counter but other then that perfect for a family getaway....and the pool by us was closed due to appropriate activity in it and we were worried to even go in after that so there's that not our landlords fault but overall we would definitely rent this place again.

This is the first that I've heard of any problems with bugs in the home. Since receiving this review, we have had a special treatment applied at the home in between the normal quarterly treatment. Should any future guest have any issues, please let us know immediately via the contact information we provide so we can be afforded the opportunity to resolve the issue. The property does have 2 pools so if one has to be closed for any reason, there is another one just steps away! We wish all adults would ensure their babies have on the appropriate swim diapers to prevent accidents and pool closures! Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you will return again in the future!
It was a great vacation spot for our family. We all had our own space when we wanted it and we were together most of the time. Great location, short walk to the beach and nice layout of the condo. It was perfect for every bedroom to have a bath. There were 12 of us made we would definitely come back again!

Very nice home. Had everything we needed and more!!!
Home was clean and well stocked with glasses, pans, cooking utensils, towels, etc. Premises was well maintained, gas grill was great to have, very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 8 kids.
Only negative was the pool area. One hot tub was out of order (second hot tub was working). The kids swam in the pool all day one day, and came out with chemical burns and bleached batging suits. Too much chemical in the pool.

Easy access, convenient location, gorgeous home!
We rented this house for a group attending a wedding at The Vue. The location was convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Half of us didn't have cars on the trip, and we had no trouble walking around. The home was huge, with plenty of room for the 10 of us without ever feeling cramped. Access was easy, and the proximity to the pool was icing on the cake. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice property, conveniently located, and stocked with all of the essentials.
We had a great time and experience at Dolphin Tales. The beds were incredibly comfortable and all of the essentials were provided, especially in the kitchen. The location fit our needs perfectly with just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The games, books, DVD's, and puzzles were also much appreciated. One negative out of the control of the owner of Dolphin Tales was a large (21 people) group in the unit next door. They were a little much, to say the least. Our stay was truly an opportunity to relax and have fun in the sun. Thanks for providing a nice home away from home!
