Note: To ensure the home is always in impeccable condition and part of routine maintenance the following professionals such as gardener, pool and pest control specialist would visit the exterior of the home for routine weekly maintenance.

Pool Heater
Pool Heater available as an additional fee of $25.00 per day from the arrival day to the departure day. Only schedule for 7 hours per day when the pool is running. Special monthly rates available.

So my now husband and I rented this place for to stay with family that was traveling in for our wedding. There was a tad issue with pests but as soon as we reached out they came and fixed it without a few hrs. I definitely do not recommend this place for people who have little kids as s they can only use the pool from 8am to 8 pm. But if ur looking to relax and are quiet at night u can sit inside the screened patio part. The back patio is infact fully monitored by cameras with a green light on that showed they were infact on when they were supposed to be turned off for our privacy. But other than that it was an all around comfortable, relaxing stay! Especially when u are unwinding after our wedding.

Fun House

The house is fun with the Pool, Jacuzzi and Game Room area. We had time to Relax, have Fun and enjoy it.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. There was no grill and no TVs in the bedrooms, despite these being listed amenities. Guests were also not allowed to use the pool, hot tub, or fire pit after 8 PM, which I didn’t see in the listing. I had my grandchildren that wanted to night swim & couldnt. Who is going to have a fire in Florida before 8pm? It is in a elderly hoa community.Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: closet doors were nearly falling off, the master bathroom shower drain didn’t work, and the hot tub had broken parts floating in it. The garage door looked like someone hit with a car or tried to break in.The secondary bathroom was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned.The listing also claimed a water view, which simply was not true.To make matters worse, there were outside cameras with a green light on that made us feel like we were being monitored, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy.Overall, the property was misrepresented and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

We’re sorry this stay did not meet the guest’s expectations. Unfortunately, this reservation also involved significant violations of our house rules, including loud music late at night that disturbed the surrounding neighborhood, additional visitors, and inappropriate interactions with neighbors after concerns were raised. Our team worked to accommodate several requests, including early check-in and an extended stay. At the time of this review, there also remains an outstanding balance associated with the additional nights of the extended reservation. The property’s quiet hours and community rules are clearly established to protect both our guests and our neighbors and apply equally to every reservation. We encourage future travelers to review our many other guest reviews, which provide a broader picture of the home, its amenities, and the service our team consistently provides. We welcome guests who will enjoy the property while respecting the home and surrounding community.
