Our review would have been excellent except for a few irritations. Workers were next to our unit outside grinding old paint off the structure. The grinding was very loud and extremely annoying. This lasted all day, for 1 week. The building was being painted on our side and therefore the pool on our end was closed during our entire stay. However, there was a pool open on the other side of the building. The oven was unbelievably dirty, and we were unable to use it. Also, one of the ceiling lights in the bunk room was burned out. The stopper in the sink located in the main bathroom was missing. We called the owner, who told us that he would contact the housekeeping service and have these issues taken care of. Unfortunately, we never heard from the housekeeping service and therefore these problems were never corrected during our stay. It should be noted that the owner always answered immediately when we called. The premises were as beautiful as was depicted on the ad. Outstanding views from every window. The cookware and dishes were plentiful. There were numerous appliances that one could use, i.e. air fryer, crock pot, both Keurig and regular coffee makers. A suggestion would be to have more bath towels and extra blankets. All in all, it was comfortable and relaxing stay.

Great condo and perfect weather!

We all loved the views from our extended balcony and there was plenty of room in the unit for the 10 of us! Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking a large meal for a large family! Everything was nice and clean upon arrival and we didn’t have any problems at all. The hosts were very responsive with all communications. We used the recommended grocery service and loved it! I Would definitely recommend this condo and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Short on time

Great stay while we were there unfortunately, the current forecast for the hurricane had cut our time in half. I needed to keep my family out of harm’s way so, we decided that Wednesday was the day that we had to leave. Would have been nice to have a rebate for the time we had left but, it was not even mentioned. Renter beware!!!

Tidewater has the worst elevator service ever!!! Not enough elevators for the amount of people. Or they aren’t working! And you’re on the higher floors ! If you’re not fit! You won’t be able to make it! The condo, could use some updating, appliances are old. Not enough towels for 10 guest , which we had. No free umbrellas on the beach. Knobs falling off the doors every time you open or closed the bedroom door. The hostess did get in touch with me and somewhat a timely matter, but for the price I was disappointed for the overall stay.

Family Time Matters

We are a family of 6, kids are growing, so we have a mixture of young adults and some young teenagers. We allowed the "children" to bring friends and to expand our family a touch. The property was perfect for everything we needed, spacious enough to spread out in the extra bedrooms or the wrap around balcony, but at the same time, the open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and living room really allowed everyone to enjoy some much needed family time. Whether is it was fun times at the beach, pool or playing games/watching tv in the room, this property allowed it all to come together. We had the best 6 days here in PCB, and loved having a place (#2601) that allowed so many memories to be made! highly recommend this place for the "larger" families! Truly was a blessing that we all needed and loved!

Our first trip to the Emerald Coast was in the summer of 2018 and we undeniably fell in love. The beach vibes left such a good impression, that we decided as a family to find our home away from home in Tidewater Resort. The surrounding area has so much to offer for families, friends, and couples during every season of the year. We haven’t even had the chance to experience everything The Gulf Coast has to offer and have a long bucket list waiting for our next adventure. We have one daughter (Emmy), who was born in 2019, and son (Leo) born in April of 2022. We love to travel and spend time exploring new places as a family.
