This unassuming bungalow has a new kitchen, fresh paint and updated interior offering all the necessities for a comfortable nights stay. Huge back yard perfect for stretching your legs after a long days worth of work or sightseeing. Plus great for walking your pet as we are pet friendly! Conveniently located to the mill if you’re here for work and not far from attractions in the area like Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and Urbanna.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash

Place used towels in tub. Turn off AC units/unless very hot outside, then leave on low. Leave heat on lowest setting in cold weather.
Leave excess food, cold or dry in fridge. We will take care of it. Don’t want to attract unwanted critters outside or in.
Log out of all streaming platforms.

Lovely home, our family felt very comfortable there. In a perfect location for us, not too far from everything yet not right in the middle of the chaos of the town, close to breakfast and a store. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area. Bonus the host had everything stocked that I forgot, like coffee and creamerthank you.

Mill Camp at Mataponi, Va.

This house was perfect for us. It’s a circa 1920 house that has been refurbished with all modern amenities yet maintains its century old charm. We’ll book it again if we are traveling that way again.

This home has traditionally been a long term rental property for us. We decided to do some renovations after the last tenants moved out and due to the lack of overnight accommodations in our county, and that we already have other VRBO properties, we chose to make this property an affordable accommodation option.
