Cute little house

Very nice place for our girls trip. Definitely need some mixing bowls in the kitchen, but otherwise had everything you need for a weekend getaway.

Location

We stayed as locals while we had some work done on our home. The location was great proximity to our home and all of our usual spots. We went walking around Colonial Williamsburg nearly every night. The kitchen had what we needed for home cooked meals. Lynn and Caleb were very responsive with our reservation request and communication during our stay. The listing notes two queen beds but I'm pretty sure we slept on a king bed. It felt very new and comfy!

This was the perfect location and space for meeting family in the area for the holidays. Everything was exactly as advertised and the communication could not have been better. The owners even provided a lot of recommendations for dining and area attractions.

Was a great clean & quiet property with all necessary amenities. I’d definitely stay here again on future trips to the area. The host was great about getting right back to us whenever we had questions.

A+ Location, cute cottage

The is cottage is tiny, but it was just enough for my husband and I and our 4 young kids. The location is what sold us- 15-20 minutes from lots of attractions. It was clean, comfortably furnished and minimally decorated- perfect for a rental. We had a few minor issues, but the owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. My biggest complaint/constructive criticism would be to ditch the toxic plug in air fresheners. There was 4 in this tiny space, and the smell was overwhelming - it was an instant headache for me and we needed to bag them up and put them outside during our stay.
