Not only are we just a short walk to the Empire Polo Club where the Coachella, Stagecoach, PowerTrip music festivals take place along with countless other sports, entertainment, etc. events take place but take solace in the fact you are vacationing in a safe a secure gated golf course community with a 24/7 guarded entrance and many other amenities including a golf course open to the public, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, state of the art fitness center, and a wonderful clubhouse restaurant open to the public as well.

This 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is in the newer section of Indian Palms which means great views, peaceful settings far from the streets and a high end fit and finish throughout the home. We can sleep 8 comfortably in high end, memory foam mattresses and everywhere you look you will find thoughtful and curated touches to make your experience here truly unique and wonderful. There are two bedrooms with en suites with one offering an incredible and expansive bathroom in the primary en suite. The kitchen is extra large featuring tons of storage, and brand new, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need! If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios and the work station we set up in the great room can easily accommodate 2-3 people and their equipment. There is a large format, flat screen television in the living area and both suites and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. All the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

The desert is all about the indoor/outdoor lifestyle down here and Villa Indigo does not disappoint. Light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals and dine al fresco while enjoying the views and listening to the birds and gurgling stream behind the house. Take a dip in our sparkling saltwater pool and relax those aching muscles in the hot tub with jets that hit those sore spots so well. Sit out by the firepit every night and count the stars, make s’mores and just appreciate the peace and serenity that is this desert and this area.

Obviously pool heating is optional and even unnecessary during the warmer months and if guests still want the hot tub heated we can do that for you for a lower fee.

By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, the property manager or VRBO and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, the property manager and VRBO for any and all claims related to any third-party activities. Additionally, the renter will be responsible for furnishing the property manager with a copy of the vendor’s own insurance and liability policy.
