Welcome to Graytful 30A- A beautiful 1 Bedroom apartment in the preserve at Grayton beach. This apartment is well appointed brand new 1 bedroom apartment is just a great place to stay while on 30A. You have a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and a queen size bedroom. There is outdoor seating available for you to relax after a day at the beach. The preserve has amazing gated beach access. Chairs are available for use or if you would rather rent beach chairs, we have chair service available for an additional fee.
The preserve at Grayton has 2 pools- one is heated seasonally. Tennis and pickleball courts are available to preserve owners and guests only. Private gated beach access, shaded boardwalk to am amazing large parcel of sand.

Walking distance to redfish taco, cowgirl kitchen, blue mountain bakery and Blue mountain creamery.

This unit comes with 2 beach bikes for you to enjoy exploring 30A.

The preserve is close to restaurants and music venues.

Concierge service is available at this unit.

Amazing long weekend! Unit was immaculately clean! Host communicated perfectly and was so kind! The carriage house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The rental property was beautiful, clean and very modern and cozy. The kitchen is stocked and you have the ability to cook if you want. The space came with bikes, beach chairs + umbrella, cooler, a wagon, and fun toys. The neighborhood has pickle ball and tennis courts, and two pools. Overall the neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and close to various shops and restaurants. We also had the ability to rent a golf cart for trips down 30A. The beach was a short walk away with private access. The property manager was very communicative, helpful, and answered all of my questions prior to booking. We highly recommend staying here, and we will most definitely be back!! :)

Great stay on 30A

Review for VRBO This was our first time on 30A. We loved the carriage house. It was a great private space for 2 that had lovely furnishings. It was a brand new space which was really nice. The space is located in a gated community called the Preserve at Grayton. I can’t say enough positive things about the beach access. It was a short walk from the carriage house, the owner provided beach chairs and an umbrella, There was a beach cart to carry the chairs down to the beach. There was plenty of space at the beach we sat in 1 row across the beach that’s how uncrowded it was. It was a quick walk to either pool, we enjoyed the west pool as it was heated. The community has new tennis and pickle ball courts which was great because we do play pickle ball. There were 2 beach bikes for us to use and that was very convenient as the bike path is right across the street from the community entrance. We flew in and it was nice having beach towels to use as well as not having to bring or buy shampoo and conditioner. Loved that there were some coffee pods(Keurig) to start us off. Overall great stay- we will be back.
