Newly renovated 3 BR/ 3.5 BA townhome one block from the beach. Open floor plan on the main. Multiple decks offer views of the beach and the canal. Townhome is on the canal with a dedicated boat slip, perfect for fishermen. This townhome is beachside, steps from the beach, so you do not have to cross Hwy 98 to get to the crystal white sands of the beach. Sleeps 9. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, with a half bath on the main living level. Come see what the Forgotten Coast is like!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Strip all beds and put dirty sheets, pillowcases, towels on laundry room floor.
Take out all trash can (from bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen) and place in trash cans outside.
Make sure all dishes are clean and put up. Set all thermostats at Cool to 80 degrees, and place keys back in lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Such a nice house close to the beach and on the canal. The house is so beautiful and comfortable! Very nice equipped kitchen and spacious! A lot of things I brought from home were already provided. The beds were comfortable as well. Would love to stay here again.

Marni was a very responsive host! We had a wonderful family trip for the fourth. The beach is easy walking distance and she even had a beach cart for our use which helped SO much! The kitchen is well stocked and the grill made for a great dinner!

Nice Place, be careful on the stairs.

Nice place, just as advertised. Stocked well and feels like home. Front porch stairs are slicker than owl s**t when wet. Took a nice fall on day 1 and dislocated my shoulder.
