Dish sponge & small detergent • 3 dishwasher pods
1 paper towel roll • trash liners (1 per bin + 3 extras)
Per bathroom: 1 TP roll, 1 bar soap, 2 mini shampoos
Fresh linens on all beds; 1 bath towel/guest, 1 hand towel & 1 bath mat/bath

Pool & BBQ

Pool heat: $35/day (3-day min); 8–12 hrs to reach temp; heater may pause in very cold weather (no weather refunds)
BBQ rental: $100/stay incl. 1 propane tank (request ahead)
Maintenance: typically Mondays; technician accesses only outdoor area

Pets

Pet-friendly w/ pre-approval: $95/pet/stay (max 3; up to 35 lb). Fee is collected separately as noted in house rules.
No pets on beds/furniture; unauthorized pets incur $250 fee.
