This house was amazing! The location cannot be any better! It was quick walking distance from the ferry. We were allowed to check in early as they had finished cleaning which was super nice since we had bikes, fishing poles, etc… communication was so easy! The house is roomy and well maintained. They had an umbrella, cooler for our use. The kitchen is well stocked with enough pots, pans, silverware, etc…. I would not hesitate for even a second to rent this house again. Thank you for a memorable stay in Catalina! We will be back for sure!!!!

Check in was simple and the host was available to answer questions as needed. Easy walk to town and did not require a golf cart like my previous stays elsewhere.

Perfect vacation rental

Everything about this stay was perfection. Check-in process was hassle free, house was big, clean, well maintained, and in a great location with easy access to DBC and local restaurants. 10/10 recommend for a fun weekend stay.

Avalon, first time

Good sized house in the center of Avalon. We enjoyed our stay immensely Walking distance from the beach and from a large supermarket. Good restaurants nearby.

Lovely House in Perfect Location

I stayed here for a long weekend with 4 friends and can't recommend it enough. The house is lovely and had everything we needed, and the location could not be more ideal. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Great Trip

We loved our stay in Catalina. The Big Blue House was a great location near the main shops of Avalon and they had plenty of beds to accommodate the group that we had there. Glad we decided to stay there and I’m sure we will again in the future.

We are repeat visitors of this house. We absolutely loved our stay and the house was great! I highly recommend it and plan to return. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location.

The Big Blue House was fun and great! Might be a good idea to update the pictures, there's a lot of modern accommodations that aren't shown on the listing.

Relaxing and Wonderful

Lovely house with the beach just a short walk away. It was awesome. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked meal together one night, which was really special. Would definitely come again!

great getaway

the hosts had provided everything that we needed. There was even beach chairs and sand buckets etc. for the kids. the grocery store was a brief walk and so we cooked a fair amount. Would stay here again!
