Enjoy this spacious 1 bedroom which includes a king bed, pullout sofa, and twin rollaway bed. This condo is located less than 3 blocks to the beach, 6 blocks to HB's Dog Beach (yes, we are pet friendly), 1 mile to Main Street and the Pier. Only 2 blocks to the local neighborhood market, and 2 blocks from a small strip of shops such as a coffee shop, restaurant, nail salon, taco shop, and more!
Did you know we are home to some of the most epic events? Surf competitions, 4th of July events, Air show, Marathons, Car shows, and more. All so very close to this condo! Not to mention a short drive to Disneyland, perfect location for the beach and Disneyland Vacation!

As you retire to the spacious bedroom, sink into the embrace of a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king-size bed adorned with premium linens, promising nights of unparalleled comfort. Get cozy and relax in this welcoming, warm bedroom. Twin rollaway located in closet, as well as a pack 'n play crib, and a safe. Need more sleeping arrangements? No problem! The living room also offers a tempur-pedic sofa pullout mattress to sleep 2 more!

Our commitment to your comfort extends to every corner of the condo, with thoughtfully stocked bathrooms and a laundry room equipped for your convenience. Step outside to find a charming patio set, perfect for savoring your morning coffee amidst a serene courtyard setting where you can breathe in that fresh ocean air.

Venture to your fully stocked garage and discover we even provide rentable e-bikes (see "other things to note"), free kids bikes (waiver needs to be signed), helmets, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys (child friendly!), beach wagon, cooler and more to make your beach experience a memorable one. You will also be provided with a designated parking spot on premises with FREE EV charging (9pm-4pm the following day), and free street parking (beware of street sweeping signs) on the street next to the condo. Exploring the local wonders has never been easier.

Whether you're seeking relaxation by the waves or excitement at nearby attractions like Disneyland, our condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your extended stay in Huntington Beach. Welcome home to your coastal oasis.

*Quiet time is at 10pm-7am (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $150/month per pet. If you choose the option for a pet and the amount owed exceeds the amount charged at booking, we will send you an invoice you prior to your stay for the remaining balance. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets allowed).
*Cleaning services must be scheduled at least every two weeks (every 14 days). Additional cleanings can be arranged as needed too. Each cleaning is priced at $175, and you will receive an invoice for the cleaning services.
*Pack 'n Play (Crib) available in closet, if needed
*High chair located in garage, if needed
*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is 4pm.

Electric Bikes:
*Must sign contract prior to usage (Plan to provide email upon booking)
*Must provide $200 deposit (refunded at checkout upon bike inspection)

*Minut - sound detection at high decibels - I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector - I will be notified if there is smoking inside the condo ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras - facing the garages, facing the front of the building, facing the side of building, inside the garages - in place for safety measures

*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250, temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, will reflect during the week of your departure. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*

*Special note regarding cleaning/ sanitization:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
