Located in the only complex on the sand, this mid-century modern retreat offers gate-guarded access, private parking, portable A/C & heat, white Café appliances, on-site laundry & gym, and sleeps 3 with queen & single Murphy beds. Enjoy internet access, pool, saunas, exterior showers, direct beach access, and a gated area with BBQs, firepits, and Catalina views. Perfect for vacationers and business travelers! IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and a valid government-issued photo ID are required.

- Guests will be charged $25 per hour past 10:00AM unless confirmed for late check out with host at least one hour in advance.

This is the only complex on the sand in Huntington Beach. Walk out to the beach and the Pier. It is gated with a gate guard, Association BBQ, Firepit and picnic table area with Catalina Views. Clubhouse with Catalina Views. Reserve the clubhouse with pool table for special events.
