Awesome to have you back again! Do appreciate you!
Thank you again!!!
We had an amazing time! The house is fully stocked from the kitchen to the lake supplies. We were able to visit a state park with a lake one day as well as the ocean for the beach. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and playing in the backyard.
House was great and served all out needs. House was clean and the check in process was great. Host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. House is in a great location and has everything you could need for a great vacation
The house was comfortable; nice views of the lake. We enjoyed the dock for boat hook up. Parking was adequate for 3 cars. Kitchen and bath was well stocked, too. We had a relaxing week.
Scott, the property manager met us when we arrived and showed us the property. He was great at texting directions to find the lake house. The property was gorgeous and the home was perfect for our daughter‘s fall break. We were able to enjoy cooking meals, family dinners at the dining room table and snuggling on the couch in the evenings. It was a little chilly outside, but the view of the pond was stunning! We loved sitting on the deck watching the great blue herons! Thank you, Scott!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home on a beautiful, peaceful lake. The house is very well set up for an extended family with bedrooms on 3 levels and lovely common space. House was well equipped with everything we needed. The lake is not densely developed and has lots of water fowl and birds (including bald eagles!). Great for kayaking and very relaxing! The host is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back some time soon.

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Thanks again!
Great place, very comfortable and well equipped, really easy check in and check out, good communications and was perfect for us. We had terrible weather but really enjoyed the house!
Homeowner was very responsive and actually met us at the house to show us around. We liked the location and the fishing was great. The house was spacious and suited us perfectly. We had a great time.
The check in process was super smooth with Scott letting me know that rental was all cleaned and available before normal check in time! We cooked 6 out of 7 nights for six people so we were so happy how the kitchen was so well equipped. A big surprise was a large sized wall clock which actually worked!! I have never seen this before in a VRBO rental which is a pet-peeve of mine!! Great house for families, highly recommended!

Thank you!! So glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again!!.
The property was exactly as described, clean, functional and in a great location on a quiet Maine lake. We saw wildlife everyday and my boys caught plenty of fish. As a host, Scott was responsive and unobtrusive an ideal combination. We will absolutely stay again.
Spacious lake home with plenty of amenities. Location is great. Very beautiful views of the lake from the dining room and living room. Highly recommend!!!
We had a great stay by the lakeside! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having sheets and towels provided saved lots of packing space. Having kayaks on the property meant we didn't have to bring ours. The dock was great for the fishing boat we rented (Maine Boat Rental). The property is not far from the boat launch, so that was easy. It was quiet and relaxing. We saw osprey and bald eagles catching fish, loons, ducks, a beaver, busy chipmunks, and a mink! Fishing was also good; perch, trout, bluegills, bass. We would happily stay here again!

Thank you!
The house was exactly what we needed for a quiet and peaceful NYE weekend. It was spacious, very clean and located on the most beautiful lake. I would absolutely come back.
We had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. We're rented the house so we could host our inlaws for the big dinner and found the kitchen too be very well stocked. Gorgeous views of the lake, lots of games (loved the bar and foosball especially!), and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
We had a great time at the lake-kayaking, swimming, fishing and bird watching. We visited several towns and went hiking. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed.
Beautiful spot. Very accommodating host. Thank you.

About the host
Hosted by Scott
Our family purchased a camp on the lake in 1950 and we've been on the lake since then. We've offered our present home to families since 2012 and under our own management since 2013. We've had many different guests and many different wonderful stories that they have shared.
Why they chose this property
We've offered the our home for families since 2012 and under our own management since 2013. We've had many different guests stay here as well as family and friends. We stay here at various times year round when our guests aren't. It's great being 10 to 15 minutes from Augusta and Waterville yet in a quiet spot on the lake. We often take a drive to the coast being 45 minutes to Freeport, Camden or Belfast make it an easy ride. It is 2 hours from here to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. It's a year round residence so if it is a chilly or damp day, it won't be in the house. We are 2 minutes from Natanis Golf Course, a 36 hole golf course.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 1997, with all the benefits of a year-round home. We too stay here so we know what is works and doesn't for us and for our guests. We have a guest book that everyone writes about their stay. Typical thoughts about our guests' stay were phrases like; a home away from home, comfortable, fun, relaxing, decorated nicely, all the conveniences, clean. Its a home, yet it is just 40 feet from the lake with a nice lawn in between. We love just sitting out on our full length deck on the lakeside. The sun rises are beautiful. A dock which we tie our boat to for ease. The small beach makes it easy for us to return from kayaking and simply step out then pull the kayak onto shore without much effort. Plus, its great for the kids with its gradual slope. We get the fire pit going around sunset and sit around enjoying the loons and the quietness of the evening. Being seconds from the boat launch makes putting our boat in easy.
