You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the huge picture window and expansive glass doors - a panoramic view of the Bay. The entire interior was professionally decorated with custom designer EVERYTHING! Plantation shutters adorn the windows throughout and are operated by remote. Artwork brightens every room, even the Laundry Room!

Styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle, the spacious Living Room features a comfortable couch and reclining leather club chairs. There's a separate area with two lovely chairs for private conversations or reading the newspaper. Bathed in sunlight coming from the huge floor-to-ceiling window and sliding glass doors, the Living Room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge Screened In Lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay and the Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a table for four.

The beautifully designed and completely remodeled, Eat In Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Modern appliances compliment the custom cabinetry and quartz countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. Every aspect of this vacation condo was designed for easy vacation living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bed and bath designer linens that will be waiting for you. There's a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, along with a wash sink.

The fabulous Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized Bed, its own TV and its own access to the lanai. A true Master Retreat, the room includes a huge, custom designed, walk in closet and an En Suite Master Bath that is truly delightful. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a King-sized Bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a Tub/Shower combo. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the 3rd Bedroom that houses a desk and desk chair to comfortably work remotely, along with a sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those guests. There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Travel to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with its restaurants and bars and Bayside Park. Within walking distance is Santini Marina Plaza with great shopping and dining options. (Santini Plaza scheduled to reopen January 2025.) The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
