Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place where everyone will enjoy! This apartment is a very quick drive to high street where all of the actions happen. Conveniently, this warming space is just a 25 minute walk to The Shoe where you can enjoy Buckeye Football weekends!

The Space:
This newly renovated two bedroom and two bath will have you amazed with how cozy it feels! It is perfect for entertaining all while you are sure to have a great night of sleep. Live in the modern comforts of home. Off street parking located in the parking lot for 1 vehicle.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox for 24 hour access.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Long Term stays available for a discount

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

First the key to our apartment was missing. Perhaps for the best considering the surroundings. Our friends were forced to find a hotel as we were told to wait while another unit was found. Upon arrival at 2nd unit, unclean conditions, deadbolt malfunctioning which caused lacking safety, and a slew of hardwired smoke detectors that beep every 30-45 seconds. 0/10 host responsiveness and came to find a call center representative is impersonating the host. Refund was offered but never followed through. Do not make the mistake that we did. Avoid any and all properties managed by Tom at all costs. The 4/10 average rating on his properties is far too generous….

The location was very good walking distance of night life, shops and restaurants, including The Ohio State campus. It was a little noisy being close to frat houses and student housing, particularly on Friday and Saturday night. So if you want to get a good nights sleep, bring earplugs. Wasn’t really as clean as I would like. Loved that it was dog friendly.. parking was not terrible on street and there is a space behind the building. Communication between you and your host was prompt. Otherwise, small and cozy for the time that we spent there. It should our needs since we were there for graduation weekend..
