Available July 19 through July 28 (July 29 negotiable)
Approximately 7 miles from EAA AirVenture grounds in a quiet community nestled on a semi-private cul-desac.

We offer a large private backyard that provides opportunity to relax. Includes hammocks and fire
pit. Hot tub available based on discussions with owner. Wi-Fi available throughout.

Main level - Open concept living room and kitchen/dinette/breakfast bar as well as half bathroom, office (could add blowup mattress), laundry room, mudroom, dining room, and screened in 3 seasons porch.
Upper level - Bedroom with Queen bed, Bedroom with double bed and single bed, and Bathroom with 2 sinks and tub with shower. Toilet separated by a sliding door.
Master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with shower and bath tub.
Large bonus room with plenty of floor space as well (could add blowup mattresses)
Basement (finished walk-out) with large great area with wet bar, Bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom. Also has a Pull-out sofa and plenty of floor space for air mattresses.
Large driveway offers plenty of room for parking and 3-car garage can be utilized.
