Bayfront 3 Bedroom with Bayfront Beach, Pool, Bay and Gulf views

This home was everything promised in the description. The pictures are accurate (minus the sandbox), but the house does need a little maintenance. The kitchen could use a few more items, such as mixing bowls or casserole dishes, but you can easily make due with what you have. The views of sunset were spectacular. Definitely made the trip worth it!

This home was excellent for our quick weekend getaway. The house was well-kept and clean when we got there, and I do not have any major complaints. It would be easy to nitpick little things that are not perfect with the house, but that isn't worth the time. This house was spacious and has amazing views on all sides with a wrap-around balcony. They have a great boardwalk right to the beach on the bay, and you can easily access the public beaches on the gulf side with a quick drive or bike ride. The beach on the bay side is small, but quaint and peaceful. The public beaches on the gulf side are very wide and have plenty of space and it is beautiful. The private pool at the house looked tempting, but unfortunately it was a bit too cold (we went in February) to use it. I would recommend this house to others, especially if you want to bring pets as they do accommodate dogs.

My family had a wonderful time. However, the mosquitoes were HORRIBLE!!! We were attacked my millions of mosquitoes every time we stepped outside. Its was awful. We were told that they were spraying but never saw any evidence of that. The grass around the house was not mowed and that was were all the mosquitoes were hiding. The trash can at the end of the driveway was full from the previous visitors trash when we arrived and remained full until the day we were to check out. It was also full of water and lots of mosquitoes. The sliding door off the master bedroom on the first floor did not have a lock. We left a small list of suggestions that may help the next visitor such as written instructions for the tv & cable. Overall we had a great time and will return to dauphin island. Hopefully next time there will be less mosquitoes.

House was great for the size of our family. Needs some updates, air-conditioner didn't work well, need to bring kitchen towels, mixing bowls things like that. Our over all stay was great probably won't choose this house again.

Easy Breezy was a nice house. Unfortunately, it seemed to have been stripped down since it was for sale. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, the coffee pot was extremely dirty, the grass was grown up all around the deck, and we got into multiple piles of fire ants when trying to hose off from the beach. . The house itself has a nice layout and the pool is a great bonus. We were just somewhat disappointed with how much we paid that it seemed like it wasn't kept up like in the pictures. This house has a lot of potential to be a 5 star rental with a little TLC.
