Piscine privée! Merveilleux front de mer deux étages, trois chambres, deux salles de bain et demi à la maison à l'extrémité ouest de l'île. Cette maison est située sur les rives sablonneuses du MS Sound, avec le golfe du Mexique de l'autre c���té de la rue.

Cette maison a beaucoup de fonctionnalit���s intéressantes que l'on ne voit normalement pas dans une maison de plage - nouveaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans la cuisine et le salon. Le maître en bas a des portes coulissantes en verre sur le pont donnant sur le Mississippi Sound et une salle de bains surdimensionnée avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Profitez du confort de votre foyer avec un lit king-size et une t��lévision à ��cran plat avec lecteur DVD intégr��.

�� l'étage supérieur, profitez d'une petite terrasse privée donnant sur le golfe du Mexique et d'un canap���-lit. Le maître de l'étage dispose également d'une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur l'eau, d'un lit king-size et d'une baignoire surdimensionnée. Cette chambre offre ��galement un lit superposé �����quipé d'un jumeau sur une pleine. Cette chambre dispose ��galement d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. La troisième chambre offre un lit queen size et un écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré.

Profitez de la vie en plein air avec une terrasse enveloppante offrant une vue imprenable sur l'eau depuis n'importe quel endroit tout en grillant sur le gril à gaz. Cette maison a également une piscine construite dans le pont (non chauffée) Cette maison a tout!

Beautiful home and beautiful views! Plenty of space. We did run into a few issues.The back door from the deck does not lock. We also completely understand if contractors need to come out to address issues- however it did catch us off guard when we did not get a heads up and someone showed up randomly. We had to make an extra trip for cleaning supplies. The floors were filthy but not a big deal to buy swifter pads and mop over. The pool was dirty. When we arrived there was black hair all over the pool and lots of debris floating and in the bottom. I recommend at the very least having a pool net available that isn’t broken so guests can try to net out what they can. Overall, our family did enjoy our stay. The home is beautiful and with proper cleaning it would have been excellent!

Pool needed to be cleaned. We dealt with ants in the kitchen the entire time. Sliding doors were heavy and handle was broken. Boardwalk was very weathered and shaky. Very small inconviences didnt break the spirit of the home. We had a very nice trip.

Great place for vacation!

Overall, this property was very good! We stayed with family and kids and the pool was great! The views here are also amazing! House was good for what we needed. We did wish it was a little better stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and more coffee mugs, but it was fine. Also the beds were not super comfy, but again the views and the pool and access to the bay and beach were wonderful! Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are Deceiving

The pictures shown are not what the house looks like now. The pool deck area needs a lot of work. The 1/2 bath sink is crooked. We arrived with no paper towels, a rotting cake in a cabinet, and the ceiling fan downstairs not working; the ceiling fan in the queen bedroom had a blade that was broken, the sliding back door in the master bedroom didn't open, and the A/C was at 80 degrees. After we settled in, it was not too bad - I just wasn't expected to deal with all this upon arrival and after a 14-hour drive. The house definitely could use some work, especially on the outside; all in all, it was a decent stay with a great location.

Just my thoughts.

We overall enjoyed our stay. I will say this, the property could use some updating and really needs a good deep clean. Also on Saturday, a man and young female just appeared on the property in the pool area. My husband went to investigate and they said they were there to change the pool pump, which was fine. I just wish I had gotten a text from the rental agency informing me that they would be coming so we weren’t trying to figure out why some random people were showing up. Other than that we loved the view and the decking out to the water and the private beach area. Pool was too chilly for me but it was very relaxing just hanging out on the deck. Pool also seemed very low on water. Overall we would come back and would recommend to others.

This house was great; however it seems to be having some foundation issues and sways dramatically when people move around in the upstairs bedrooms.

Relaxing

Dauphin Island is laid back quiet and peaceful. The house was on the bay with access to the beach very near by. You have ocean views from the front of this property. House a little dated outside but overall a great property and great location. Property Manager is very responsive so if you have any questions or concerns they follow up immediately. This made for a very good vacation spot. The lighthouse bakery was a life saver for breakfast as you are very limited on the island for Breakfast unless you brought your own. House has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy

I luv the house it’s was beautifully decorated.

This place was so peaceful and quiet. My grandkids came with us on vacation. They loved the pool and wanted to stay out there the whole time. They loved the bunk beds, the showers, and the stairs. It was the best vacation place ever. We will come again soon.

Our stay was fantastic. Our family loved the pool, the beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the boardwalk to the beach was super convenient, and the house is just beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Easy breezy

We enjoyed the stay but there was a few issues. The location was really good for us. The pool was a plus. The issues were 1) the bed on bottom floor smelt like pee A) AFTER REMOVING THE SHEETS WE FOUND BIG PEE STAINS 2) THAT SAME BED FRAME AND BOX SPRING BROKE A) COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT 3) THE BED ABOVE MASTER ON 2ND FLOOR WAS HARDER THAN A ROCK AND UNCOMFORTABLE WE ENDED UP LEAVING ON THURSDAY INSTEAD OF SATURDAY AS S PLANNED

Not what I expected

The Pool was unusable due to damage. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The shower was leaking under the house. The wifi didn’t work last two days of vacation. It was disappointing. I expect to rent something that it will be in working order when I arrive.

Great pool in deck

Great time spent - house location great and pool is a great bonus. Big Bang for the buck. Gorgeous sunsets!! Deck is perfect but needs lounge chairs for sunning. One complaint - not real clean. Stairs and handrail were nasty.

The beach home Easy Breezy is an absolutely beautiful home with an above ground walkway out to the bay beach. Huge property which is so nice not to be on top of each other. Maybe next time

I don't think the property had been completely cleaned. We left a comforter in the laundry hallway, that was smelly, we did not use it. Some of the cook wear was not useable. In spite of a few things we still enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and relaxing

Nice view of the bay and beach across the street. Unfortunately it didn't get warm enough to use the pool 😪 Had a nice time. It's very quiet on the island this time of year.

Easy Breezy Getaway

Our entire family enjoyed the location of the house on the island. We also enjoyed the pool on a regular basis. The beach on the bay side changes by the day which is great for kids. The pool,house, and deck are in need of touch ups and the wear is very evident. The front steps and deck need immediate attention. Nails are raised and loose boards made it very unsafe to walk on. This was mentioned to the staff the first day with no repairs even when they said they would. Would still recommend the island and house with improvement mentioned.
