Very nice property. Great location. I was surprised how dark it was since the photos show it bright but we got used to that. Also the top living space was musty smelling. The carpet should be removed. The air conditioning did not work well in that room.We did have ants in the kitchen. The grill was rusty so we bought another grill top. We would rent again even with those small issues. Kathy Wright
