Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must bring garbage and recycling to Avery Disposal Station at 4541 Segale Rd, Avery, CA 95224. Open Fri - Tues 8 - 4:30.

Amazing stay in Camp Connell

The property was very clean and organized. Our group of 8 had a great time. The pool/rec center is right around the corner, and the property is located within 10-15 mins by car to Arnold and Big Trees state park. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Like camping with the comforts of home!

We had a wonderful stay in Big Trees. The cabin was well-appointed and clean, on a peaceful one-acre parcel. The weather was HOT (90s) so unfortunately we didn't get as much deck time as we were hoping for, but it encouraged us to get out and explore local swimming holes, from the river to the reservoirs. The A/C unit in the primary bedroom was a lifesaver. By evening it had cooled down enough to grill and eat under the stars. The neighborhood is so quiet -- perfect for evening walks. The cabin is stocked with board games, and Roku access for endless movie night options!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and beautiful it was. The design and decor made it feel like a true getaway while still providing all the comforts of home. The cabin was equipped with so many games and activities that kept the kids entertained for hours – a huge plus for family trips. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful touch of a birthday banner and balloons for our daughter's 6th birthday. She was so surprised and thrilled, and it added a wonderful, personal touch to our trip. It was clear the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and celebrated. The amenities were top-notch – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy seating areas and even outdoor spaces where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Our family had such a wonderful time creating memories here. Whether we were enjoying the games, relaxing together in the living room, or exploring the surrounding area, it truly felt like a perfect getaway. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience! We can't wait to come back!
