Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with free standing washer and dryer. On the third floor there is a bonus room, perfect for the kids to play or an extra space for the adults to hideaway. The oversized car-and-half garage provides plenty of space for parking and storage of beach equipment, bikes, and yard games. There is an additional reserved parking spot in the driveway. A private outdoor shower is located on the side of the house.
