Great location and wonderful set up. The host was available when we couldn't find something and also gave us a list of cool things to do and see. Clean location with a recent remodel and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality, we will stay here again on our next visit.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we inquired until our departure, Calvin and Melba are fantastic hosts. They were very attentive, responsive providing a variety of great recommendations and local information that made our trip easier. They also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The home was comfortable, an immaculate gem with everything we needed for our vacation-plenty of towels, games, a well equipped kitchen, A/C, washer and dryer. The location is perfect-quiet and private, yet minutes from downtown Christiansted and Boardwalk. We especially loved watching the sunrise over the ocean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a true St. Croix paradise. We can’t wait to come back!

Positive observances: Central air made this property a cut above. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances, clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There were clean towels in abundance, including beach towels. Bedrooms were and bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hosts were excellent in providing information, checking in with us several times to verify we had settled in well and things were going smoothly. Remembered we were there for the funeral of a family member and were warm and ingratiating.Suggested improvements:Bedside tables for phones and small personal items. TV in each bedroom, not just the masterDryer took a long time to dry and discovered that lint trap and screen needed to be cleaned. Ceiling fans had dust buildup and fan in dining area did not work. Outdoor chairs for sitting on porch to enjoy the view and cool breezesLandscaping with tropical plants and flowers and repair of fence would make the exterior of the property more attractive.
