Rent the whole building! Waters Edge Suites is a 3 Unit Condo building that can sleep 49 people total. Views of Lake Michigan from every Unit! June and August 2024 dates still available! Message us for more details and dates available. 3 night minimum. Need less space? Rent two of the Condos instead of all three. Suite A sleeps 18 people. Suite B sleeps 18 people. Suite C sleeps 13 people

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please have all the trash taken out and put in the trash bins that are located south of the building next to the alley. Please leave all of the sheets on the beds and leave beds unmade.
Please leave all your dirty bath towels on the floor in the bathrooms. If you have time please start a load of pool/beach towels. No problem if you don't have time.
Please let us know if there is anything that is broken or missing from your stay so that it can be replaced for the next guests!
