We have designed and built this 4400 sq ft home as a vacation rental for you and your family/group.

The house includes many features only available on a purpose built vacation rental.

HEATED POOL:
Pool heating at no extra cost. We now have 2 pool heaters! Your family can enjoy an 85 degree swim, mid May through October 31st .

Swimming in 85 degree salt water on our high bluff edge, over looking lake Michigan in September, is just awesome! We can adjust the water temperature, warmer or cooler, on request at no charge.

Also featuring a heated outdoor shower

HOT TUB:
Our ultra clean hot springs hot tub goes up to 104 degrees. The hot tub features 2 built in back message seats and a top of the line filtration system. Don't forget to dip in at night for some star gazing and watching the freighters come in-and-out of Ludington port. The freighters look like Cruise ships at night.

HOT WATER HEATERS:
2 instant hot water heaters. So you can run 4 showers at the same time and never run out of hot water.

LAUNDRY:
2 laundry rooms. One main level. One pool level.

KITCHEN:
2 fully-equipped kitchens One on main level. One on pool level. That gives you a lot of refrigerator space for the important stuff.

BACK UP GENARATORS:
2 whole house generators just installed. If the power goes out they turn on automatically. No ruined vacations from power outages here.

CAR CHARGER:
EV car charger in the garage. To keep your car batteries full.

VIEWS:
Pool and lake views from 4 of the 6 bed rooms.
Large covered porch, lake side, with comfy furniture so you can enjoy the view and watch the kids jump in the pool. Or lots of open deck and pool side patio if you prefer the sun.

Blue Waters Edge sits on a high bluff giving you amazing views! Look down ( yes look down) from the deck at sea gulls and the occasional soaring bald eagle. The bald eagles nest is just 2 houses south of Blue Water Edge.

BEACH:
107' of private Lake Michigan beach frontage. Take the trek down to the beach and relax in one of the 6 chase loungers, or use the the two supplied kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards to explore the lake shore.
1 1/2 miles of beach to walk. Be sure to take some time to search the sandy beach for Petoskey stones, we have found some!

There are about 100 steps and some trails to Blue Waters Edges private beach. Its a 10 min hike back up, alternatively the salt water pool has all warm water you will need!

1. Butters Ville Park ( down the street) close small beach
2. Stearns park located downtown Ludington ( 15 min away) large beach handicap accessible walk ways.
Pair this with lunch or ice cream .
3. Ludington state park beach ( its the big one 5300 acres of scenic sand dunes , beaches and the big Sable point light house)

LOCATION:
Conveniently located between Pentwater and Ludington 15 minutes from each. Enjoy the best of both.

Mason county picnic area across the street. Play the disc golf course or hike up to the top of the lookout tower .

WIFI:
We have WIFI 2 internet connections . Frontier is approx. 9Mbs. It is adequate to stream tv and movies, but not fast. Plus
ITS HERE ! We now have starlink satellite internet new 2022 60Mbs.
