Great House Just North of TSU!!

Bring your family and friends to enjoy this newly remodeled home near the college, historic downtown square! The property features a large backyard, patio, with patio furniture and a Firepit!
We also offer a coffee bar, large TV in living room, lots of board games.

Located on a main street in Stephenville, just minutes from everything, and less that 5 min from the College. Huge backyard, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and nice size kitchen. We also, have a foosball table.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This house is perfect for a family :) we had a few little hiccups but they were addressed immediately and Tonya went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house is very clean, the beds are comfy, and the host is exceptional. Will stay there again if ever in the area again :)

Very nice house. Nicely decorated and had rooms for the six of us. It is located on a pretty busy road so there was road noise in the front bedroom. Overall our stay was very nice.

The house was clean and spacious however, it said it will sleep 10 but there are only 3 queen beds and a sectional sofa without a sleeper. The towels are sparse and small. The water was cold in the newer bathroom by the living room. We had 6 adult's, and it was plenty of room for us to move around. It would've been nice to have something other than just the sectional for all of us to sit on though. Overall the house was fine, just wasn't completely prepared for it given the description.

Clean and Cozy

The house was very large. Completely updated. Very cozy, loved that there were board games and things for the kids to do. Host was very easy to communicate with. Only issue we had was low water pressure and not much hot water. Host offered to come check it out and see if she could get it working properly but it wasn't too big of an issue for us so. Downside, no tv's in the bedrooms. Listing was a little confusing as it said one of the 4 bedrooms had 4 queen sizes beds in it. I assumed correctly that that was a mistake. There are 4 beds in the house, one in each room. Host offered to provide an air mattress but we had brought our own just incase. Over all we had a great stay, plenty of space for everyone.
