Serene Setting

Absolutely beautiful setting. The owner met us and explained everything in the house. The house was perfect for our family visiting for March Madness and we also enjoyed visiting Spokane and Coeur d’ Alene. The kitchen was stocked and every amenity was available. We will return as it’s a great location and owners are amazing!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property tremendously. The home exceeded our expectations with every detail thought of and prepared for by the homeowners. We have never felt more welcomed and immediately comfortable in a home we were renting. The house is absolutely spotlessly clean! The view from the deck was stunning and can’t be truly appreciated until you see it in person. We can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else when visiting this area. Thank you to the homeowners for such a fantastic experience!

Absolutely amat

Amazing location that makes you feel like your secluded in the woods but yet is so close to all your town amenities. The private path to Spokane river was nice to get down to the river and fish and swim. The fireworks show from the back patio from all the surrounding neighborhoods was the best show we have seen. The house felt like we had never left home and was extremely clean, well furnished and spacious. This destination will probably become a family tradition for us and we highly recommend staying here.

Top Notch

As a former host, I can say with confidence this is the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. There’s a ton of space, it’s well-stocked, and everything from furniture to linens is quality. Some of it is nicer than what I have in my own home. The view was just breathtaking! I loved walking out on the balcony every morning and taking it all in. Kitchen had everything we needed except for a cheese grater.

Fantastic view, and lovely, modern home. If the owner implemented a few minor suggestions, it would be absolutely perfect! -Easy access entrance without needing to meet with owner late at night after traveling to review instructions.-Laminate instructions specific to the house, appliances/TV access/exterior lights on a timer/WD specific laundry detergent labeled for easy use.-Notify mapping online of issues with road access errors.-Simplify coffee pot.-Add a rollaway bed alternative for the living room.

Perfect

First off the owners were great. Met us on day one to cover the property and even supplied a fishing pole for my youngest son. The property was great and better than described. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. If we come back in the future we would definitely book around obtaining this property again.
