Perfect location for our vacation and nice home

We enjoyed our stay in this home and the location was perfect---within walking distance to the town, beach area, two fantastic playgrounds, and bike paths. The house was very comfortable and clean (although the floors needed cleaned, as opposed to just vacuuming). The house provides comfortable beds and good sleeping situations for 8 individuals (used an inflatable mattress for two children). It has nice bathrooms with a good supply of linens, and has a nice fenced yard out back for relaxing and for children to play in. The one exception to the sleeping arrangement was that the master bedroom did not have window treatment on the windows facing the neighbor's house and can easily be addressed by the owners. This was a problem for privacy while dressing and also for light shining in over the bed at night (porch light on all night next door) and during the early hours of the morning. The downstairs bedroom needs more than sheers on the window and the bathroom also needs something to cover the window, as people sitting out back at the table can see down into the bathroom.

We were able to cook most of what we had planned and enjoyed access to the outside grill as well. The kitchen set-up was convenient and large enough for a couple of "chefs". There were plenty of glasses and plates, but we could not find a casserole dish to use for oven-baking or enough bowls for 8 people. The dining table is large and could easily seat 8 people but we could find only chairs for 6. We found the management company very responsive when we called with one problem that was quickly resolved.

The weather was lovely while we were there so we did not spend time in the downstairs pool room, but it is definitely a nice addition to the house.

We also enjoyed the ice cream shops on the walk downtown. The only negative to the location and walk downtown is that much of the side walks in that area have been broken and pushed up by tree roots. It would be great if the city could update these sidewalks.

All in all, we enjoyed the house and would recommend it to others, although we would mention the few issues described above.

Amazing

House was clean and well taken care of. The four bedrooms were huge. Kids loved the pool table. Location was great and the neighborhood is beautiful. We loved staying in Coeur D ' Alene.

Family weekend

This house nicely meet our needs. It is in a wonderful location. Nicely decorated and homey. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets available for those who found it chilly at night. There were 6 of us and we had to go looking for chairs so we could all sit around the table. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property the last week of July for our grandson's wedding. It was very comfortable. Also had a small family reunion with family from the East. It was very clean and up to date appliances. Location was great, within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other locations. We were very happy with everything and would stay there again. Would recommend this for families and friends.
