Welcome to our charming home! Nestled in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. 5 minutes for downtown Colorado Springs 5 minutes from Garden of the gods and 10 minutes from manitou Springs. With 10 foot ceilings fast internet and great area to let the dogs out to play!
The space
This is a studio on the downstairs part of a duplex. The upstairs is used for rental guests as well. It’s got everything you need to be cozy and right on a walking/biking path.
It comes with its own parking spot as well.
Guest access
There’s a shared backyard area and a room for laundry as well.
