Cozy bungalow, large hot tub, and pergola w/ fire pit! Plentiful nearby restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops and destinations: Garden of the Gods, US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Royal Gorge and Bridge Park, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, the Manitou Incline, and of course Pikes Peak!

Dogs welcome! We have a large fenced-in yard. I'm sorry but we absolutely cannot host cats. Front- and back-door Ring cameras installed per VRBO policy.

If you brought a dog, please pick up all dog poop and put it in the outside garbage can. Thank you - this isn't something our cleaners do so we rely on responsible pet owners. :)
In winter, please leave heat at 68 degrees. In summer, please leave AC at 76 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
