Cozy bungalow, large hot tub, and pergola w/ fire pit! Plentiful nearby restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops and destinations: Garden of the Gods, US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Royal Gorge and Bridge Park, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, the Manitou Incline, and of course Pikes Peak!

Dogs welcome! We have a large fenced-in yard. I'm sorry but we absolutely cannot host cats. Front- and back-door Ring cameras installed per VRBO policy.

If you brought a dog, please pick up all dog poop and put it in the outside garbage can. Thank you - this isn't something our cleaners do so we rely on responsible pet owners. :)
In winter, please leave heat at 68 degrees. In summer, please leave AC at 76 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house! Has everything you would need and more! Great for three couples or three individuals. Very clean and organized! Communication with the owners was comprehensive and efficient. Very cute artsy neighborhood. Quick drive to the historic old Colorado city area where there are nice shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
