1. Double check you have all of your belongings. 2. Leave your towels in the laundry hamper in the living room. 3. If you use the fridge, please throw out any leftovers.
4. If you use the kitchen, please clean up your dishes. 5. Throw out any trash to the trash bins outside in the driveway. Green for recycling and Black for everything else.
6. If used, Please return the parking permit, and place it next to the TV. Otherwise, there will be a $60 fee to replace the parking permit Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay near Boston. I was surprised how quiet it was. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. The ease of getting in was great and the auto lock feature of the front door was a nice security feature. Love this place.

Somerville perfect to visit Boston

Perfect accommodation for our visit to Boston, clean, quiet. The beds are comfortable. Close to Sullivan Square metro, grocery store and restaurants.

Great place!

Property was very nice inside and felt like hope. Everything was clean and felt very newly remodeled. Neighborhood seemed safe and close to shopping, food, and grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Good location, nearby restaurants very good. Would be nice to include coffee since there was a coffeemaker. We had to go shopping that night so we had some in the morning. No big deal though. Seemed to be further from subway that what was advertised but maybe we did something wrong. In general, very nice facility.

Great stay

The apartment is clean, newly and tastefully redone, and as listed. Great for my family of 4. The host is responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is nice, close to assembly row in one direction and lots of restaurants and a delicious bakery in the other. Parking was easy and there is a supermarket in short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice short stay in Boston area

The apartment was very nice, seems to have been recently renovated. It felt clean, secure and well furnished. There were a few things to improve upon, and we will share those with the host(s). check in, communications and check out were all very good. Especially like the expiring profile on the TV Sling account, so that you could sign onto your own streaming services and then they would expire/be deleted.
