Cabin #1 -Twin Heron on the AuTrain River Cabin is nestled on area against the Hiawatha Forest. It will feel like you have returned to a simpler time. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the northwoods after a day of adventure. At the end of your evening enjoy a private fire pit for roasting marshmallows or cooking hot dogs.There are several nearby waterfalls to visit or back roads and trails for biking and hiking to explore!10 miles west of Munising & Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.Easy access to ATV Trails. Lake Superior less than a mile down the road. Towels & linens provided (Beach towels not included; please bring your own). The kitchen has full-sized appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils. The family room has a TV with DVD/VCR. Cabin has a deck with a outdoor table & chairs. BBQ grill (charcoal/propane not included) & fire pit. Dock for swimming & fishing. Covered common area with access to additional seating and a gas grill (propane not included).
