Amazing suite with great location, within the Vistamar Complex, located at the prestigious Puerta Cortés Resort. Getaway with your family for a few days and enjoy all the amenities this space has to offer: access to beach club PUERTO and HOTEL INDIGO facilities, each of them with restaurant/bar service and amazing pools just a few meters away from the beach – or use as well the nice pool that Vistamar offers for its guests one minute away (walking distance) from our suite.

Really enjoyed staying at puerta cortes. Great place for a family, loved the access to the beach club and the marina. Will definitely stay here again.

The pool was being renovated and having access to that was one of the reasons we booked the property. The property representative never mentioned this and it was a big part of the language used to promote the property because of the fantastic pool. The promotional photographs for this property make it look like you have access to the very nice Beach Club pool but that is for “OWNERS ONLY” so as a renter you are denied access. The only pool we had access to was at the Hotel Indigo which is a mile away. The room was not clean. Linens were clean but there was dust and dirt in every corner and the patio area was a mess and full of dust, dirt and debris.There’s a giant bathtub (literally in the middle of the room),but there’s not enough hot water to fill it, only about 6” deep before it runs out … not even deep enough to reach the jets for the “spa bath.”No comfortable seating in the room and the beds were so firm we both woke up with stiff backs.The lighting in the bathroom is so dim you can barely see yourself in the mirror. Putting on makeup or doing your hair in there is nearly impossible.
