The beautiful condo overlooks the golf course and the red cliffs. The King bed is upstairs in the loft with a TV, desk, large closet, full bathroom, and separate vanity area. The main level has a queen bed in the second sleeping area, with another adjacent full bath. The kitchen, living and dining areas are in an open floorplan on the main level. There is a great deck with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, 2 TVs. Need to work while on vacation? We have you covered with 2 regular desks with chairs, one standing desk, and great WIFI at 100+ mbps. NEW furnace and AC unit installed in Spring 2025!

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron, DO NOT allow pets.

Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
