Our guests stay when they're here for an event, festival, or just visiting Austin city without being too close to city sounds. It’s spacious for a solo-traveler or couple, & can fit up to 4 people.

There's plenty of natural light, a purple mattress in the mezzanine bedroom, a toaster oven, hot plate, fridge, bath/shower, aircon/heater & more.

Lovely tiny home, you feel like you are sleeping in nature. Property is well maintained. It’s is very peaceful at night. Perfect location when going to Circuit of Americas.

Location for COTA is good. Shame the property hasn’t been cleaned from the guests before. Slept in bed, dirty sheets, dirty towels left, dirts socks left. I had to sleep on the couch. I reached out to Expedia in order to give the owner the chance to speak to me, however haven’t heard anything since.

Owner was very nice, property wasn’t

The place was very dirty. There’s a hole in the ground that you can see the outside ground through. There was a moldy funk under the shower mat. I found a French fry on the ground. The owner gave us a full refund after several calls to Vrbo and lots of wasted time. I’ll not be staying at any Vrbo property again.
