The Yellowstone House can accommodate up to 17 guests, providing a restful retreat for everyone in your group with 4 king suites (each with a private bathroom) and 1 custom bunk room featuring 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand-new Casper mattresses, ensuring a restorative night's sleep. Private full bathrooms in every room add convenience and luxury, while 8-foot sliding glass doors offer views of the outdoors and access to private decks. Draw the blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest or catch up on your favorite shows with the smart TV in each room.

The primary bedroom offers a spacious layout with a cozy couch for lounging and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double shower heads, and a freestanding bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

The kitchen is a culinary haven with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stovetop, double oven, and two built-in refrigerators with bottom freezers. Designed with locally reclaimed barnwood and carefully crafted oak, this chef's kitchen is both beautiful and functional. The kitchen island seats 6 at the bar, and the dining table seats 10.

Store your provisions in the dual pantry and laundry room, keeping your supplies organized and out of view. This space also includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is a favorite for families and friends, featuring three queen beds below and three twin beds above, along with a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access, making it the perfect hideaway for late-night fun.

Nestled in a remote paradise, The Yellowstone House offers modern conveniences such as internet access throughout the entire house, heating, and A/C (a rare find in Island Park). Step onto the covered back deck, spanning the length of the house, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors year-round.

The expansive circular driveway at The Yellowstone House provides a grand entrance and practical parking for guests with trailers and outdoor equipment. Designed for easy entry and exit, it accommodates vehicles of all sizes without the hassle of tight spaces. For eco-conscious guests, we offer Tesla chargers upon request, ensuring your electric vehicle stays fully charged throughout your stay. Note that this remote location is approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance of the park.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
