Welcome to The Beach House! This is a privately owned family home located in Seacrest Beach. It is new to the rental market and in perfect condition as we recently did many updates as and remodeling. A stone's throw from all of 30a best shopping, restaurants and beaches! You do not need to rent a car at this property as everything is walkable. Enjoy all of the benefits of Seacrest Beach, resort pool and tram service around the property. There is room for everyone! Great spot for Bachelorette parties family vacations or girls trip! Spaces to play board games, watch your favorite team on the smart TV or watch the sunset from 3 decks, plus personal spaces for relaxation and rest.

Seacrest Beach is a great community for all ages. It has access to the nearby communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, but Seacrest offers plenty of its own fun as well. Peddler’s Pavilion showcases rows of shops lining an ample green space with live music and bike rental.

Guests love the gigantic Lagoon Pool. Great for a lazy day, this pool has 12,000 sq ft of area to swim, play and relax. There are plenty of lawn chairs and sun or shade. Pack a lunch and drinks, just no glass, and soak up the sun all day. There is also a snack shack and restrooms located at the lagoon pool.
Of course, people come to Florida for the beach. One feature that makes Seacrest especially convenient is the Beach Tram. It runs 9 am to 5:45 each day and makes stops on the beach and at the Lagoon Pool. The tram provides a significant advantage over lugging everything to the beach yourself or needing access to a golf cart. There is a place for all of your beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access across Hwy 30-A. Seacrest guests can walk through the pedestrian boardwalk or ride the tram. La Dolce Vita provides Beach Service. You can reserve beach chairs or set up a beach bonfire.

The best home for a 30A Bachelorette trip!

The home was perfect for a 9 person Bachelorette trip and Jen was the most incredible host! The house was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed (ie beach bags/chairs/towels etc). I so appreciated Jen's engaged and timely correspondence ahead of the trip and the smooth check in / check out process, it make the trip a breeze! Could not recommend this house enough!

Our family has been living and vacationing in the 30A area for twenty years. Prior to that we vacationed in the PCB since 1979. We have family that lives locally while some of us are in the Kansas City area. This is hands down the best area in Florida. This house was not purchased as a rental and our family and friends use it often. Happy to share with you!

Why they chose this property

We know the area VERY well and chose the area very carefully. This house is in a great location. It is a dead end street so little traffic. Walkable to beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Great for all ages. We have ages 2-65 in our family and there is something for everyone to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Having stayed in many rentals, one of the best thing about this house is the updated paint, bathrooms, cooling systems, furnishings. The house is bright and cheery and CLEAN. We use it ourselves so cleanliness and comfort is very important. And two primary suites so no fights over the big bedroom! Bunk room is a great place for kids to hang out and have their own space and make memories!
