Villa rental in Positano - Luxury villa on the Amalfi coast

Villa Dolce Vita is located just above the heart of Positano, one of the most exciting towns on the Amalfi Coast. This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 15 guests in its seven ensuite bedrooms. Villa Dolce Vita has amazing views of Positano and the sea. The two spacious terraces, one with a pool, will be the highlight of a stay at Villa Dolce Vita as you marvel at the beauty of the coast. It is possible to stay at the villa without a car as the coastal bus that runs between Sorrento and Salerno (and stops at towns like Pariano, Amalfi, and Ravello) is just below the villa. It is also possible to take ferry boats from the Positano beach, which is about .5 miles from the villa. This is a perfect spot to enjoy all that Positano has to offer.

Included in the rental price: daily breakfast and welcome dinner, 4 hours of daily maid service, Wi-Fi, phone, air conditioning (in bedrooms), heating, final cleaning, baby cot, pool use, pool towels, linen change once during the week, and porter service

The main level of the house is in the middle of Villa Dolce Vita. As you enter the living room, the ceiling is high and vaulted and the furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. In this room you will find a Satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room is access to the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through three French doors. The first terrace is 100 sqm. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Next to the living room is the dining room. The ceiling of the dining room is high and vaulted. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the first terrace. The dining room and living room are equipped with air conditioning/heating. The kitchen is fully-equipped and you will find all you need to prepare wonderful dishes using the fresh local products or you can hire a chef to take care of your meals. Please inquire for this service. The first of the seven bedrooms is located on this floor. It has a queen size bed with ensuite shower. Finally, on this level is a guest bathrooms.

Upstairs are four ensuite queen bedrooms, all of which have a terrace that looks out onto the sea. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed and have frescos and vaulted ceilings. Three of those bedrooms can be made into twin bedrooms. The 5th bedroom on this level has a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Downstairs, below the main level, is a separate large suite. This suite consists of three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The seventh bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into twins if requested and a 8th bedroom twin beds located in the sitting area of the suite. An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available upon advanced request. The 7th bedroom has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. One bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms. This bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made Majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Villa Dolce Vita is above the main coastal road about 600 meters. There are some stairs to walk up to get to the villa but the slope is gradual. Please inform us if you have walking difficulties.
