Guests have full access to the property except the garage of the house and the separate shop.

- The owner is an electrical contractor who uses the shop next door and comes by daily.

The property has a handful of large ponderosa trees providing shade for much of the property and making it a great place to enjoy being outside in the middle of Chama's cool summers. The home was previously owned by a finish carpenter and it shows throughout the house with beautiful trim and woodwork. Central heat and air provides comfort inside not available in most Chama area homes. For guests looking to still be connected to the digital world Starlink Internet is provided to connect at high speeds. Upping the amenities, there is a dry sauna in the backyard so you can relax at the end of a fun day in the mountains.

Great property. Comfortable and perfect for our family of 5, including grandma and two kids. Had everything we needed and then some. The owners were great communicators and made it very easy. We felt at home. If anyone in your group has mobility challenges, there are some uneven floors but it wasn’t an issue for our group.

At this property, they’ve gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. Nothing is overlooked from the clear details for media use to the medical supplies in case of emergency. Tastefully decorated and a very functional layout made our stay a pleasure and the location could not have been any better. Truly a genuine gem in the heart of the picturesque landscape. We’re already planning our next visit!
