Experience spectacular views of the Southern Rocky Mountains from our crows nest and rooftop deck with barbeque grill. Hike along the beautiful Canoñes Creek or under towering ponderosa pines. Kick back inside our high mountain retreat as you enjoy the occasional sighting of deer, elk, turkey, osprey, and other wildlife. All is within striking distance of Chama and it's famous narrow-gauge train (10 min), hiking in the south San Juan mountains (20 min), and Wolf Creek Ski area (1.5 h).

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
At the end of the stay garbage must be removed in bags by the Guest. See options below: Two options are available for garbage disposal at the end of the stay:
1) take the garbage with you when you leave and legally dispose of it at your home or dump,
2) use the key labeled garbage disposal to open the bin on Buckman road nearby, replacing the key when done. Details about location and procedures for this option are to be found in the guestbook.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
