The cottage was comfortable and had the basics. The decor is minamalist but adequate. The beds were comfortable. The view was a pasture with horse and cows.
Jewel View Cottages are in a convenient location if you plan on exploring the area. Close to Big Fork, a short drive to both Lakeside and Whitefish. I would suggest this property for anyone that is traveling with kids as it's located behind the bowling alley which was a nice night out for us.
Wonderful little community. Close to Glacier and grocery with a well stocked kitchen. We sort of cringed that it is behind a bowling alley, but saw tons of deer in the fields behind the house and great mountain views. We had a ball bowling as a family !
We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, inviting very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was beautiful. The landscaping is done very well. Room to enjoy the outside if you have time while you’re there check in and out was easy. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Its a nice place, we were excited to play a family pickle ball tournament as pickle ball was advertised but weren't allowed since we were not members. The noise from the pickle ball courts and their music starting up at 6:30-7am was a little annoying. In a pinch, I'd stay again just not as family vacation.
The place fit our needs perfectly. Just a few suggestions. You need somethings to help mop up the show floor downstairs. It gets so wet & slippery with the open shower. Maybe additional floor mats or a sponge mop. Also hooks by the bathroom sinks for handtowels would be helpful. A few nightlights would also be helpful. Additional kitchen towels and clothes for wiping down the stove & counter tops would allow the kitchen to be kept cleaner too.Thank you for allowing us to stay in the property. We will likely be back again.
