Perfect for families or small groups, this peaceful mountain townhome offers stunning views, three private balconies, and quick access to nature with Alta Lake just a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy the quiet of the hills while still being just 25 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from the shops, restaurants, and gondolas of Whistler Village.
Inside, relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace in the open-concept living area or cook up a feast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a generous island. Thoughtfully designed for year-round adventure, the home features ample storage for ski and bike gear, in-home laundry, and high-speed WiFi throughout. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and private patio, while additional rooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests in total. Please note: this home has no A/C, and the garage is reserved for gear storage only. With direct access to local trails and a quiet, upscale neighborhood setting, Blueberry Hill Estates is your perfect home base in Whistler.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: * No air conditioning. We supply one fan per bedroom. * No smoking. * No events, parties, or large groups.
Guests must be 30 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.
Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
Cars are not permitted to access the garage and please refrain from entering the home in ski equipment. This should be storage in the garage.
All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.
Kindly note that there is an additional guest fee of $25/night per guest above the standard occupancy.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Worked out well for two dads and 21 year old sons. Clean, plenty of space and finished garage made getting ready for and coming back from skiing easy. Quick walk in ski boots to the closest bus and a few more steps to a free one. Also nice, well maintained walk to the village.

The town house was exactly as described on the website. It was a 20 minute walk to the village so easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely book the house again , thank you

The Blueberry Hill property was spacious and close to the village and they game room in the garage was cool. The unit itself needs some attention. Sink was broken, dishwasher creaks loudly when opening/closing and could use some WD40, seating in the living room is lacking, boot dryer in the garage didn't work, knives were dull. It just felt like this space has been a rental for years without much care for the small things being tended to. Not sure if we would return unless we knew the unit had some TLC.

Great Time
Great House. 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride to Whistler village. Great garage for bikes and easy parking at the property. Place was comfortable, clean and well up kept.

Perfect Location, lovely rental
The house is in a perfect location and very comfortable. Lovely modern kitchen with everything you would need and the bathrooms nice, spacious and upgraded. The heated floors were an added bonus given how cold it was!It would have been great to have had the garage to park in but that was just a minor inconvenience. The views were stunning and we all enjoyed our time here. I would definitely return.
