Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Fox Chapel area. Only a walk away from restaurants, bars, shops and minutes drive to hospitals, Fox Chapel Yacht Club, Oakmont Country Club, Waterworks Shopping Center, and RIDC to name a few perks.

This home is in a safe community with friendly, respectful neighbors. The municipality police station and fire department are only blocks away. Plenty of street parking, and immediate access to Route 28, the parkway, and Freeport Road.

The space
The listing accommodates up to six people, but there is an additional $25 fee per person for the fifth and sixth guest. To accommodate the additional guest(s), there are two, twin-sized cots that we can set up either in the master bedroom, the second bedroom and/or the living room. Please let us know prior to check-in how many cots will be needed, and which room(s) you would like us to set them up in.

Our home is perfectly located just one street parallel to Freeport Road, which is a popular street in Fox Chapel with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and coffee shops. You can walk anywhere you'd like to during your stay. There are even more things to do just a short drive away like golfing at the Fox Chapel Golf Club and Green Oaks Country Club.

Our home sits on a corner lot, but there is only one gate access providing direct passage to the front door. The smart lock keypad at the front door allows for a seamless check-in process and eliminates the need for keys during your stay.

Guest access
FIRST FLOOR:
Our first floor consists of the Kitchen, living room, half bath and laundry room.

Our kitchen is fully stocked & equipped with a four burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. You'll have most things you need for cooking and eating during your stay too, including pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, etc. There is also a coffee machine with both decaf and regular coffee. Cream & sugar is also provided for the coffee.

Toward the farther end of the house is our cozy living room area with a comfy leather couch, and a touch of artistic decorative elements accenting the room. It has a door with access to a covered porch outside, which leads to the passage between our house and the exterior gate.

To the right of the entry room we have the half bath equipped with hand soap, toilet paper and room spray. Next to the half bath is the in-unit washer/dryer.

SECOND FLOOR:
The second floor consists of the master bedroom, second bedroom, and full bathroom.

Our master bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed and organic latex mattress. The essential bedding is made of 100% cotton, while other bedding accoutrements range in materials such as TENCEL Lyocell and velvet. There is a 43" Toshiba Smart TV for you to unwind before bed. There is also closet space as well as a cabinet for your belongings. Both windows allow a lot of natural light when the curtains are open. There is a separate door to access the covered balcony outside.

Our second bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed and a latex mattress. The essential bedding is made of 100% cotton, while other bedding accoutrements range in materials such as TENCEL Lyocell and velvet. There is a 43" Toshiba Smart TV as well as a closet space for your belongings. There are two windows which allow a lot of natural light when the curtains are open.

Our full bathroom is fully stocked with all essentials. Hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, towels (Bath, hand, washcloths, and makeup towels). Most of the essentials you need for your stay will be provided.

Our house has plenty of decor and small touches throughout to make you feel at home during your stay. We hope you will enjoy our home and treat it with care.

IMPORTANT:
Please be mindful of areas marked "NO ENTRY, PLEASE. STAFF ONLY. THANK YOU." These areas will be locked and not accessible.

PARKING:
There is free street parking around the house.

AC/ Heating:
Our house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

SMART LOCK:
There is a smart lock at the primary entrance of the house, allowing you to come and go as you please without worrying about keys. A code will be automatically generated for you when you book and will be sent to you in the check-in instructions.

LAUNDRY:
Next to the half bath there is a free in-unit washer/ dryer. Detergent is provided so please feel free to do laundry during your stay with us.
