✽ HOUSE RULES ✽
**Must be at least 25 to book** Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-in 4pm & check-out 11am. Early or late check-outs must be confirmed with host in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges. Early check-in is $100/hour. Early check-ins can only be requested / approved after 5pm the day before arrival. Approved late check-outs between 11-1pm are $50 for the first 30 minutes, $150 for up to one hour, and $100 per additional hour thereafter. Check-outs after 1:00pm will be charged 50% of the nightly rate.

• Maximum of 16 guests permitted overnight. Violation of this rule will incur a fee of $100, per additional person, per day.
