Naturligt lys hældes gennem ekspansive glasskydedøre og gulv til loft-vinduer, der giver en smuk udsigt over den træbevoksede græsplæne ved søen. I hovedstuen kan alle samles rundt på lædersektionen for at se det store spil på fladskærms-kabel-tv. I stueetagen på underetagen kan du se en film på fladskærms-tv med surround sound højttalere eller komme i en runde ping pong!

Når mave begynder at grås, skal du gå tilbage ovenpå til køkkenet. Denne åbne plads er fuldt udstyret med rustfrit stål apparater og granit tællere til at lave mad til en skare en leg. Serveres appetitvækkere fra morgenmadslinjen som du tager hovedretten ud på terrassen til kogte på gasgrillet.

Nyd hjemmelavede måltider omkring 8-personers spisebord ovenpå, og når alle er færdige med middag, bringe den sidste flaske vin ud til den ekspansive balkon for en nem aften med udsigt over et smukt landskab. Slip på badedragt og nyd udsigten fra det uberørte private hot tub lige ned ad trappen!

Du har masser af plads til fredelige slumre hver nat. Hvil dig op i det første og andet soveværelse med dronning senge i det tredje soveværelse med 2 fuld størrelse senge eller i det fjerde soveværelse udstyret med en dobbelt-over-fuld og twin-over-twin køjesenge. Ann is the best best property manager I have worked with I had some unexpected issues and she helped me work through. She stayed on the phone for over two hours working everything out. We had a great golf trip. Great location on lake. Some nice bass were caught that weekend as well. Great time sitting around the campfire with cigars and it was located right on lake also most important was plenty of comfortable beds.

Anne the manager was GREAT. Evolve was AWESOME in taking care of the situation. Those were the only good things.Black mold, filthy & unwashed lines is what we got. What you see if NOT what you get. Bed situation isn't what it says, no Ping pong, a few deck chairs & poor kitchen supplies. When the handyman Kevin came he didn't tell us he was the owner when asked. I think he didn't want to deal with everything wrong we were telling him. :{So sad because this could be a really nice place.

Great Lake Getaway!

The house was a great place for my friends and I to stay over Labor Day. The lake had a lot of lily pads making it difficult to swim, but we enjoyed hanging on the dock. L or in the hot tub.

highly recommend

House was perfect for accommodating a big group of guys getting together for a bachelor party. Well equipped and had tons of places to sleep. The yard/dock provided tons of room for yard games.

Filthy Unprofessional

We received a call 3 hours before check in stating the window had been broken and a worker will be there fixing it and bc of that we could leave later on check out date. Only semi professional communication with property management. The home was filthy, thick dirt on steps, food on the floors, kitchen, under beds where sunflower seed shells. Silly string on the wall, no dish sponge no oven gloves, no cleaning supplies which we had to request as we spent 3 plus hours the first night cleaning. After we asked for cleaning supplies someone dropped off one bottle of soft scrub and a windex. Dead flies by a few windows, and live one’s just flying around in the end of December.. they must have loved the filth. The listing is inaccurate , there is one bed in he bunk room missing, the other bunk bed is not useable either as the ladder is broken, broken door,the fooseball table was not there when we asked the women said it was recently broken and that it’s a party house. We pointed out the listing states it is not a party house. From our group people left the first night as we were down two beds, and were cleaning and kids had to sleep on the sofas. The women we spoke to told us we can come to an agreement since we send her a slew of photos and her worker came and looked at all the issues. We left the home levels above the “clean” we walked into. She ghosted us with zero communication after her lies. It’s a shame because the house has great potential. Even the hotbed was not usable.

Over priced dirty rental.

The only positive parts, quick and responsive rental company, dock area was nice and it snowed while there. Negative parts, way too expensive for quality of house. It was never cleaned prior to our arrival. We requested them to come back and they wiped floors and stairs down. There was prior renters hair and urine stains in the bathrooms. Dust, food crumbs all over and sticky substance on the floors throughout the house. Not to mentioned how disgusting underneath beds and couch’s are. A kitchen cabinet fell off when we opened it to try and find plates. Two out of 4 burners didn’t work on the oven. It appears this is known and they added tin foil inside of the knobs to help keep them on, because they fell off while trying to ignite. The dishwasher had to be run numerous time to get the silverware clean. The hot tub was green when we arrived and the rental company came to clean it, but it appeared greener after waiting the time frame they asked us too. We were so over texting back and forth we just did not have the kids go in. We have never left a negative review before and hate doing this, but future renters need to know the type of home you are getting for the ridiculous nightly fee they asked for.

NO AC! Beware if staying in the summer.

I’d like to start by saying that, Juan, the property manager, was great. Very responsive to texts and calls and overall great to communicate with. That being said, there was No air conditioning in the house. The listing said it had AC when we rented but upon arrival we were emailed an updated listing that excluded AC. We were there over several 90° days and the lack of AC made it miserable. One of the bedroom’s ceiling fans would only work on low speed and another wouldn’t turn on at all. There was one additional fan included in the house but that just didn’t cut it for our large group. The location is seemingly great, however the dock that belongs to this house is at the corner of the lake. There is no way to get in to the lake without being covered in sludge and lily pads that blow over there. The yard area near the lake was great and large enough for our group, however there is no place to get shade from the sun. This combined with the lack of AC in the house made for a very hot experience. I will say the house itself is nice. A little old, and the deck could use a good coating of paint, but nice. The rooms were large and well furnished. The kitchen had all the supplies you need to cook meals. Perhaps if your looking for a place to stay in the fall or winter when the temp stays at 70° or below this would be a great option, but it was simply miserable for a summer get away.

Completely mislead resulting in a dissapointing experience

Our stay at this Lake Harmony house in July was not a “pleasurable” experience. When we arrived at the house we quickly realized that it was not as advertised. 1.) The house was not on the lake!!! 2.) While it was advertised (and documented in the instruction manual) we found out the hard way that there is no A/C. The A/C window units were rusting under the porch. 3.) Most of the fans in the home weren’t working 4.) They indicated they’d supply linens. There wasn’t a single towel to be found in the house. No bath towels, no hand towels, nothing. 5.) There was one roll of toilet paper supplied for the three bathrooms for our 4 night stay. 6.) There wasn’t dishwasher detergent provided for the dishwasher. 6.)There was black mold growing on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. 7.) All of this, while subpar, was not the least of our problems. On the third night of our stay, the sewage siren went off and rang throughout the evening until the septic handyman showed up at 8am the next morning. We were then instructed not to shower, go the bathroom or run water from 8am to 2pm Saturday morning while the septic handyman tried to fix the septic poop grinder that was conveniently located in front of the porch and between our view of the lake. While we had our morning breakfast and lunch, our meals became less appetizing as we were hit with the strong scents of raw sewage. To escape the smell, we walked down to the lake but had to tread carefully as fecal matter was literally streaming steadily down the driveway pooling at the bottom of the road. 9.) While at the lake, we roasted in the hot summer sun as the gazebo that was advertised to provide shade was sitting under the trees in pieces. Overall, this house was completely underwhelming and disappointing.

Beautiful home but some issues

The property is beautiful, however, you have to climb a pretty steep hill to access. After a snow fall the driveway is sleek and its dangerous for the older people (older than 30) to navigate safely. My 50th birthday group had some issues: 2nd flr toilet was not useable a few hours after we arrived. The tissue paper would not flush(provided tissue), we did not use our own tissue as we did not have to. The tissue provided was enough. We also did not find a plunger in the residence. There was only some drain cleaner/unclog liquid. Also, the hot tub was lukewarm-not what you want to get into during the winter months after walking outside to access the hottub. It seemed like there was a temperature set and the tub would not get hotter than that temperature. Overall beautiful home with a decent view of the lake. There were shovels on site but no de-icer.

Bachelor Party

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was exactly what the listing says and everything went perfectly. I had to organize a group of 17 guys staying here for a 4 day weekend. There were more than enough beds for everybody. The place is beautiful and everyone was impressed when we got there. Check in is made super simple and the manager of the property is so nice. We talked on the phone the morning I was going to the house just to touch base and I never needed to call him again. The house was clean as could be. Everything worked easily including all the kitchen appliances, the grill, and the hot tub. The spot by the lake is slightly diagonal from the driveway and is massive. There’s a sign with the address by the lake for the area you’re supposed to be in. A ton of parking. The driveway is steep just like every house in the Poconos, but it’s paved and is flat at the top with room for 4 or 5 cars to make unloading the cars easy. Seriously book this place and don’t give it a second thought.

Great Lake house!

Stayed here with 13 other guys for a bachelor party and the place was the perfect size for a group that large. Really enjoyed being right by the lake and using the hot tub at night. Juan was easy to contact, very quick to respond, and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area.

Great stay

The house was awesome, and cleaned well upon our arrival. Everything checked out and was in accordance with the description online. Juan, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. The lounge spot next to the lake was a great outlet. I would highly recommend this rental to people in the future.

Nice place but not Covid clean

We booked this beautiful house for a cousin’s weekend with 21 of us. The house is beautiful and the location is great. The Lake is stunning. But some things we found concerning was the cleanliness. When we arrived the kitchen floor was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped. The comforters had stains on it and we weren’t sure if they were clean. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in ages, when we tried to grill burgers all of the grease and soot caught on fire so we had to cook in the kitchen only which is really terrible when you are planning to barbecue most of the weekend. The heat was not working in the basement including the bedrooms. And they had a second refrigerator that smelled like raw fish. Given it may not be for guests but in that case lock it up or put a label on it to not open, it made the whole place smell terrible. Despite these things, we made the best of it and made sure to clean up when we left. Overall we still had a great time but during these infectious times and renting out other peoples’ houses, cleanliness is of the upmost importance. Great Family Weekend

We rented this wonderful home for a family reunion!! First off, the kids that came had a great time with the amenities such as games, the fireplace for smores, the hot tub, game room and much more. The adults enjoyed the cabin with grill, Hot Tub, both fire pits, the lake side seating, and the nearby available activities. We went to ATVs 15 mins away, a hike 12 mins away with over 40 miles in trails, and also just walking through the beautiful neighborhood and lakeside views. I can't wait to rent again and try this spacious house in the summer with the family again. Everyone was accommodated in the right way. The host answered every question I had and gave great suggestions. The welcome package made it easy to transition into the rental!! The house was also very clean and tidy. We ample room in the driveway to fit 7 cars in the spaces provided. Definitely a must rent!!!

Great place for friend's gathering

The house was beautiful providing a lot of space for about 15 people. All of the rooms and amenities seem very new and obviously clean. The outdoor area was perfect, The lily pads make it hard to swim but there is a ton of to play games and relax. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

Winter Bach Getaway

I had a group of about 19 people. The space was perfect to accommodate our rather large party. We had some problems with the heat and the property manager was able to fix this withing minutes of me reporting it (once I got a hold of him after SEVERAL attempts). The second parking area across from the house is not well marked and is a little confusing. so it was a little frustrating when we arrived with there several cars, some of which cannot get up the already icey driveway (even with 4 wheel drive). It did snow a few inches the second day and we rented a bus to take us to a winery and the resort was late to plow the roads so the bus had trouble getting to the house. Also nobody came to plow the driveway, they say they have salt at the house (which they do) but it is VERY difficult to salt once the ice is on since its so steep you will simply slip right down the driveway. That day we had 19 women (one pregnant) scaling the side of the driveway as it was the only way to get into the house. So if snow is the in forecast, plan on staying in the house until the weather melts the snow because walking up and down the hill was very dangerous even two days post storm. We were very excited to use the hot tub and it was rather enjoyable the first night. When we went into the hot tub the next day when it was more light outside, we were astonished at the state of the tub. The water was green and there was a film around the waterline as if the tub had not been properly cleaning in ages. We were thankful nobody had a reaction. All in all it was a decent place to stay other than the few gripes mentioned above.

Lake life

The property was great especially the outdoor space with all of the furniture. The town itself is very quaint and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not as advertised

Property was in disarray when we arrived, when you drive up the incredibly steep and rough drive you are welcomed by a pile of junk and garbage, first thing you see...... The deck is in horrible condition with nails sticking up(we hammered them in so the children wouldn't cut their feet) half painted, half worn off, 2 dirty buckets of cigarette butts left on the deck, the grill so greasy and filthy, it was/is unfit for use. TV worked intermittently, house was not clean, cobwebs around the fireplace and in all the corners, towel rail in the 1st floor bathroom, gone, was just holes in the wall. The glass topped kitchen table was gross. We scrubbed it. The lawn was not cut/trimmed. The landscapers showed up about 1 hour after we checked in. It was 95 degrees, we gave them ice water. Nice guys. After the treacherous decent down the drive with coolers and small children in tow, we set up the lawn furniture, was all pilled in a corner, and picked up the trash, the area of the lake is covered with lily pads and weeds, not suitable for children the either play in the water, swim or fish. The shore line is actually dangerous, we removed several nails that where sticking out of the dock boards, and there are shards of broken concrete, had an 11 year old cut his foot quite severely. Our once a year whole family vacation did not go as expected. I have photos of all if these issues, If any one would like to discuss this.

Absolutely Amazing Property!

I can't say it enough, this house is awesome! We had a great long weekend at Lake Harmony. When we walked it, the place was neat and clean, and well organized. The house has some great features, with a fire place inside the house, one on the deck and another fire pit by the lakeside! It has great living space, comfortable furniture, and huge dining table. And the kids had a fantastic time too! Our experience with the host was great. He responded quickly, answered the phone whenever I had a quick question. Everything about the house is as stated and shown in the pictures. We had so much fun. Can't wait to rent this home again!

Awesome Vacation! Great House!

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Location was perfect. You have great views of the lake and you're so close to many of the restaurants. Plenty of room to park all our cars. The host, Albert, was easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. The lake house was super clean upon our arrival. Spacious. We did a lot of cooking and grilling. Kitchen had everything we needed, so did the deck with the grills. We ate as a large group. We relaxed in the hot tub. We did s'mores in the firepit by the lake. It was a fantastic weekend. Would recommend for groups or families looking to just relax and have fun!
