Our stay at this property in Miami was overall a very good experience. The home was exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated because it made planning so much easier. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available, and the space worked out perfectly for our Girls trip.Nani was wonderful to work with—she responded right away to any concerns or questions we had, which gave us peace of mind and made the entire process smooth. The only small detail we noticed was that the grass could have been cut, but it was a minor issue that did not take away from our stay at all.The location was also a big plus. It was close to local restaurants, Walmart, and just a short drive to the South Beach, which made it convenient for enjoying everything Miami has to offer.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to others. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

The pool and outside area was beautiful, but there was no pickleball net for the court. I asked several times about the net and got no response. We booked this property due to the fact that it had a pickleball court and were never able to take advantage of it. The pool and other outside activities were great and we still had a great time while there, but just disappointed that we weren't able to play.

Miami home review

The communication with the property manager was good during our entire stay. The house felt a bit tired. Couch did not look clean. Upon our arrival, we found lots of termite wings on the ground and a bed covered with dead termites. We contacted the property manager and she sent someone over to clean right away, but the overall house did not feel very clean. One of the selling points of the home was the backyard and it was very nice, but disappointing that the pickleball court did not have a net that was functioning so this feature couldn’t be used.

Great Property

I was nervous about this rental because we have had really bad experiences in the past with other hosts. But it was really great! The property was perfect for our five kids ages 6 and under. The house was beautiful, and whenever hick-ups arised the host was quick to respond and help us. The hot tub was a little confusing, but we figured it out. I think if the host had a how-to binder with info on common questions, rentals, and good restaurants in the area that would be really helpful. We realized the shower handles for heat are the opposite of what you’d think they’d be. Also they provide a ton of bath towels but we didn’t have beach towels. Next time I’d bring my own. The beds are very comfortable, which I was very pleased about. The kitchen is stocked with what you need. The bath and showers are top of the line. We had a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend the Alligator farm in Homestead, we had a blast there with the kids. The airboat ride was so much fun, the views were beautiful. We also loved DoorDashing Taco Rico. The Birroa tacos were amazing. Thanks for having us, I hope this review is helpful for future stayers.
