Adorably furnished, freshly painted interior 3 bedroom 2 bath Park City condo near Utah Olympic Park. One master bed with private bath, king-size bed in each bedroom. Private balcony and bedroom windows overlooking undeveloped land with quaking Aspen . Quiet surroundings and convenient location. Close to HOA’s main clubhouse with access to outdoor seasonal community swimming pool, fitness center, and multiple hot tubs located throughout the complex. Elevator access to each floor, including garage. Use of one underground heated parking stall (with garage door opener), a small storage unit (perfect for bike/ski storage), and additional off-street parking spaces near the unit’s building. Within 5-min drive to shopping, restaurants, downtown Park City, ski resorts, I-80, and convenient access to Park City trail system, hiking, and mountain biking. Away from the crowds but provides easy access to everything Park City has to offer.

Bear Hollow is the perfect family getaway

This cute, quaint and homie condo was the perfect spot for our annual 4th of July vacay to Park City, Utah. Loved the 3 BR all with KING beds! The RED cart and the elevator in the center of the building makes loading and unloading from the garage a breeze. Keyless entry was nice for 5 adults coming and going from the condo. Thanks for a great stay :)

Just what we needed

Liz and Jared were delightful and very responsive during our six-week stay. The condo was just what we needed for a great summer break. The location was convenient for easy freeway access, the Olympic Park, and visits to Park City's historic center without being too close to the crowds. An extra plus is that it was the first vacation rental (of many) with good kitchen knives!

Thanks for a nice stay!

Overall place is great probably the best location in the complex, especially love the balcony overlooking the peaceful tree filled property. Also, the beds mattresses are very firm and comfortable and promoted a great night sleep also love the big windows to allow fresh air into the bedroom especially overnight this time of year. Thanks again for hosting us. We appreciate it! Ray
